To busy trying to argue and be correct, than to listen. I type in the weight of my packages and print a label, they use the usps check in weight for shipping costs. To make sure I’m not sending a 1lb package with a 2oz label. Over the past year I have expanded it over and over again the packages need to be weighed separately. It has cost me well over a hundred dollars and they still are arguing with me. Yesterday I had a 8oz package that I am now paying 2lb shipping costs for. The item sold for $4, I’m paying 12 shipping. I’ve been nice and trying to explain it over and over again

Rude not friendly at all lived in town my hole life.. only seen it get worse. Need to fire and get new people in their. Postmaster wont do anything may be part of the problem. Town has gone corrupt.
