Refused service. Came in at about 3:15pm on Sunday. Young kid taking orders decided to take three cars in the drive thru and chat with a buddy of his in the drive thru line for 5 minutes without even acknowledging me after making eye contact with me when I first came in.I don't know if he's like someone's disabled son or something but please try to actually put staff on to take orders.I just walked away and grabbed something from the gas station.Edit: yeah looking at all the other reviews it seems to be a theme.

at 5 30 pm ,they shut down the expresso machine ,they said it s already wash and clean,but they close at 7 00 pm........

The staff is friendly but most of the time I find myself waiting in the Drive-Thru line a lot. Even when there are no customers ordering and I'm the only one in the Drive-Thru I am still sitting in my car 5 to 10 minutes for One singular drink. I shouldn't have to feel the need to put my car in park and shut off the engine just to wait. Also don't even bother trying to do mobile orders here, at least for me I never get service when I'm in Warren. And I'm not going to place a mobile order in another town before I get there.

Seems to be this location Jude can’t get it right.. between management not training and a decent amount of employees who could care less this location just needs to be closed. You’ll have a line out the door but 3 workers stand outside smokin away… it’s terrible! WestBrookfield Dunkin’s may cost more but what they do in 5 minutes would take the warren location all week! Who puts 5 donuts of all different kinds in 1 bag??!!! Better yet who puts chocolate donuts upside down in a bag??!!!

This place is not far from where I live so I decided to try them out one morning when I was out running errands. Of all the Dunkin' donuts in the area this one has to have the absolute best location. The scenery is second to none. Pastoral views abound for those who want to order a coffee and just sitting their car and daydream looking at the beautiful scenery. I don't know how they got a hold of this location but I'm glad they did. Of course they have drive-thru which I enjoy because I have a compromised immune system and value drive-thru operations very much. Super convenient and wicked beautiful scenery. You go Dunkin's!

After waiting in line for about 10 to 15 minutes, I place my order and only then afterward am I notified that you don't take $100 bills. Confused by this, I asked why? Do you not have enough change like do you not have enough twenties? He said no I do, I'm just not taking $100 bills. I said, do you not have a counterfeit pen? He said no I do, I'm just not taking hundreds. I asked him, can you please make an exception for me since I didn't know and I just waited in line this entire time? And he said no I'm not taking your hundred....If your business is going to take a stance like this and refuse to take regular American currency just purely because you don't want to, maybe you should post a sign or something that way people don't spend that much time in line for no reason? This was 11/1 at 7:30am. Smh.

Revolving door of staff so never properly trained, can't handle multiple customers, run out of basics early. Sometimes straight out rude like I'm inconveniencing them somehow with maybe 2 donuts I'm getting. And I top!

The place is now infested with flies and the pastries / donuts are swarmed by flies. Yesterday one of the employees loudly exclaimed 'these flies are getting ridiculous' as she batted them away from the munchkins. I wouldn't eat anything from this Dunkin Donuts right now.Very slow. They have difficulty managing the drive thru and the counter at the same time. Often I've stood at the counter for 5+ minutes and had to leave because no one can see you or come over. I've also seen other customers give up after waiting.Got 2 stars because the employees are generally nice. I'll come back when they fix the insect issue.

Waited at drive through for 15 min..... 2 cars in front of me.... Never got a chance to get my order 10 min/car isn't an acceptable rate of speed guys

I've tried this one a few times and each time it's something else. They have no idea what I'm trying to order. Give me the wrong drink. Burnt my breakfast sandwich to a charcoal and then remade it and was still over cooked. Go figure. I guess I'm better off spending my money at the gas station.

Not my favorite Dunkin'. I don't visit this one often, but whenever I have, I usually have very poor service & negative experiences. They are not at all energetic or enthusiastic here, at least not when I've stopped in or went through drive thru. More than once I have had to pull around & park to go inside because drive thru messed my order up. Pretty disappointing. Though I will add I have not been here recently, so maybe they've since improved or hired new help that's a bit more with it.

9 times out of 10 my bagel minis are cold, if you order more than three things you will hear the enthusiasm leave the mouth of who’s taking your order and it’s honestly quite rude. if you order more than three things expect something to be wrong, do better, i’ve wasted so much money.

I always have a good experience at this location! This is my “go-to” Dunkin’! Today was exceptional. I had a problem, which is rare, with my latte. No pumpkin spice! The white girl in me was not satisfied. I headed back so they could throw in my flavor swirls and I could be on my way. Well, they went above and beyond by making me a fresh one with all the decadent flavors of early fall! It’s all I could’ve asked for and perfect because I always get my first PS on September 1st! Thank you 9/1/21 crew of Dunkin”!!!!

Dunkin Doughnuts is way over priced it would be nice having a Krispy creme here.
