Went in today 7/13/24 at 6 pm. There was only one cashier who talked to her friend standing next to me entire time. Didn’t acknowledge me, ask me if I needed anything else, or look at me once. Really makes you feel disrespected and bad about yourself. Take a moment to acknowledge the customer, it can really ruin a day.

First negative encounter I've had with a business in this area. Will never shop here again.
I thought I had found my go-to wine store when I moved to this area a few weeks ago. The layout and selection reminded me of my favorite liquor store, Total Wine and More. I noticed the prices here were higher, but I was still willing to support this local store. Never again since today's purchase and experience with customer service. I purchased 4 bottles of wine for close to $60. I questioned the cashier when she packed them all into one paper bag asking if the bag would hold. She said it would be fine and proceeded to slip scraps of cardboard between my bottles. I carried the bag out to my car holding the bottom of the bag with my free hand. When I unloaded my car in my garage, I pulled the bag out of the car holding the top of the bag and the bottles fell through the bottom and broke and emptied all over my garage floor. After cleaning up the glass and spilled wine I called the store to tell them what had happened as was told there was nothing they could do since it did not happen on their premises. No apology was offered for the money I wasted, the mess I incurred and the time I spent cleaning it up.

So I have been going here for several years now without a problem. However, today made my two friends and I very uncomfortable. Upon entering the store there was a male employee near the entrance that continued to follow us closely throughout the store as we shopped. We went to multiple spots in the store and the male employee was directly behind us with his phone out appearing to be taking pictures. At the first set of coolers we noticed him lurking behind us and began to feel uncomfortable so we decided to hurry up and leave the store. We ended up stopping by the cooler section on the other side of the store and again he peered around the corner in the aisle right where we were with his phone out still. Finally we headed towards the register to check out and he suddenly become available on the register to ring us out. Very disappointing because at that point it felt very intimidating and accusatory when we are simply being customers.

Amazing selection and prices, the manager is extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry and was able to recommend an Armagnac for me to try as i’ve been interested in delving into them.
