I can only corroborate the other 1-star reviews here. This is an utterly useless location staffed with rude and disinterested employees. I was not helped in any way nor was I even advised on how I might proceed with solving my problem.

This store is the worst. Ive had 5 phone numbers since the early 90's. Service has been ok since i moved to Wareham. The people working there are useless. They are rude and ignorant or lazy or stupid. The last time i went i asked them to activate a phone for me. They said they couldnt and they spent 10 minutes looking for a number for me to call.. I went to the falmouth store and they took care of everything in 5 minutes. Verizon should just shut that store down and save customers time and money going there

This Wareham location is awful. The employees are so rude and lazy. I’d rather drive the extra 20 min to the Fairhaven location. They’re much more personable there and willing to assist with anything.

Picked up Home Internet Gateway on 8/22 for 30 day trial, and were assured that there would be no charges should item be returned during the trial period. The system was returned, unopened, 2 days later, the account never activated. Subsequently received a bill for $80 due 9/13. Called customer service who could not access account because it was never activated. After a very lengthy hold with IT, hopefully this has been resolved. Poor business.

Cracked my screen. Thought I was gonna have a loaner phone( if they still have them) and they gave me a phone number for their insurance company and they send a mobile tech office to your door and fix it right there. I pay for insurance I'm just happy to have found something that was so easy to fix a big prob.

I needed a new phone and was assisted by Anthony. He was excellent, made the process painless and easy. They are lucky to have such a hardworking and friendly customer service rep. I was extremely satisfied with my visit to the store.

Stopped in to check out the new Samsung phones. They were tethered to a security post and I couldn't even pick it up. It didn't work and the whole experience was a complete waste of time.

Terrible! Spent $700.00 for a prepaid phone. After less than 3 months. No signal. Verizon told me to bring it back to this store I bought it at and exchange the sim card. They exchanged it but still didn't work. Was told I needed to exchange the phone. Guess what? They won't exchange it there so now I'm going through absolute HELL trying to get my phone replaced. Never again Verizon!
