I needed to mail a small parcel, & found this post office to be awesome. Street parking was easy. There was no line, & they had just the right sized padded envelope I needed. Alan was the employee who helped me, & he was so kind & attentive. Would definitely recommend them for post office needs ??

This post office used to be wonderfulThey are horribleI scheduled an appt for passport and when I arrived they said I wasn’t on their scheduleThen a few months later I tried to sched an appt for my son and the site wouldn’t allow me to. I left many msgs to no avail not one returned call. We went in person and they refused to helpDon’t waste you time with these rude humans

I personally have never had to wait in a line with more than two people in front of me, and the person at the counter has always been pleasant, even during the pandemic. I usually go on the weekend.

This is an ordinary post office, and the staff here have been overwhelmingly great. But like most other post offices, wareham PO is understaffed. They only really have one person working at any given time, which makes for long (30-45min) wait times in the afternoon when people get off of work. My advice is to go in the morning before other people are out because I've never had to wait in the morning but consistently have a long wait if I go in the afternoon.

Mistreated ! Alan, l believe to be in charge of the Post Office was quite nasty to me. He would boast about how he could be hard at times. One day he screamed at me to keep moving and there was no one behind me. Another time I waited for months for a package to be returned back to me from the United Kingdom, Alan told me to try and do dispute at my bank with the company involved. I listened to him and this caused me many problems. He also told me that the package probably didn't get delivered due to zoning laws. Come to find out it was all due to his poor penmanship.

Screamed at me for absolutely no reason. Told me that the line had to be kept moving and there was no one behind me. Another time because of poor hand writing my package was sitting at the United Kingdom for over two months. He then told me to file a dispute at my bank which caused problems for everyone and was all due to himself. He never held himself accountable for this. Another mailman that l know well said that he is a big problem and should of retired a long time ago.

I am a glass bead artist that live in Washington State , and I have a customer that uses this postal service. She Purchased a set of handmade lampwork beads from me, and they were lost at the post office in Wareham, MA where she lives . I can verify my my story by providing the tracking number 9400109699937408633912 that can be tracked at USPS.com. The customer paid me 96 dollars to make these one of a kind beads for her. It is sad when your customer loses her package at her own post office. I as the seller I filed a claim but couldn't do much since I didn't purchase insurance. In my business most of my customers would be really turned off if they had to pay insurance every time they purchased my lampwork beads. I recently had to spend several hours remaking the glass beads again. Even earlier before this incident I had 2 buyers that lived in the same apartment complex, Both had the first name of Brenda, and I got several emails from them telling me one or the other would get the wrong beads. I am not a fan of this post-office. Hope they get organized.
