Desk clerks, Andrea and Melissa, are always helpful, friendly and professional. Any questions the customer may have, they always answer with an ability to make you feel at ease about asking it. A great place to do postal business. Highly recommended.

Frank Miller the Postmaster at East Wareham Post Office is a disrespectful and mean person! I have had problems with him in the past regarding my mail delivery and I’ve complained about him many times to Consumer Affairs but what he did this morning to me on 1/31/2024 is really appalling. I ordered something online that was ready to be picked up at the Post Office but he refused to give me my package!! He said I’d have to wait till it gets delivered but because of all the issues I’ve had with my mail I’ve been able to pick any packages in the past. But this time Frank would not hand over my package to me and he was so nasty and cruel about it!! I was so upset I even called the Wareham Police about the situation and they told me this was a civil matter and there was nothing they could do. I will now file another complaint against this heartless man. The way he treats me is unacceptable and I won’t stand for it!! I was compelled to write a review and share my story…..Update on another incident with Post Master Frank Miller. I was waiting for a package and tracking it online. I called him to inquire about it and he told me that there was a wrong zip code on my package that I was anxiously waiting for. Well, what he told me was absolutely incorrect!! The zip code was correct so this shows more of his less desirable behavior!! At least I got my package and I won’t order anything more online if it gets delivered thru USPS! The aggravation is just not worth it!!!!!!

I own a computer repair shop in Buzzards bay and we usually go to that branch but I decided to go to the Wareham Post Office as it was on my way home. They took my package and processed my package, never asking me if I wanted to add insurance (Which I did). When I told her that I wanted insurance she had this disgusted look on her face and said "I'd have to rewrite this whole order". I said okay....a week later I got a call from my customer saying that he never got his computer. I called WPO and they said they couldn't track the package that something must have happened to the shipping label. My customer just called back a day later and said the package showed up....EMPTY...No computer inside and that he called the post office and they told him that his package was NOT insured. I called WPO and they told me to make a claim. I'm beside myself. How does an entire computer go missing out of a box and then they deliver the empty box ONLY???? This isn't even MY computer it's my customer's computer!!

I started selling items frequently on eBay and shipping them through this post office. there is a very nice lady that helped me out every time I came here. But after about a month and a half of going here every couple of days there was a new lady that started shipping the stuff for me. She is an mid aged woman and she is extremely rude. She has an attitude for even the slightest question you ask. She charged me extra for priority mail when I specifically asked for media mail, because the box had USPS watermarks on it. Absolute terrible service unless you're another 60 year old woman with a crotchety attitude. You're better off going a little further into town to west wareham if you want to ship something. 0/10 stars. Do not recommend.

I am absolutely disgusted with the Postmistress of The East Wareham Post Office. She has no regard for customer service and no consideration for the consumer. She gives the Postal Service a bad reputation with her miserable attitude
