This is the worst bank, do not go here, every who works here is slow and incompetent, messing up everyone’s money, not to mention rude and lazy, if you care about your money go to another rockland trust or switch banks the people here are a joke

I recently had to get a new debit card, and I was told to by a staff member online. Upon arrival, the bank teller had a rude tone and asked me what I’d like to do. They asked me an immense amount of questions about confidential matters that had nothing to do with this situation. After 30 minutes, I finally got my new card which could have been done in just a few minutes. Another staff member got involved, who I assume is a manager, and he contradicted the bank teller on why I “can’t get a new debit card”. It was only after the fact of mentioning that I will close my account that they actually worked on getting me a new debit card. By the end of it, when I said “Have a good day”, their response only was silence. Worst banking experience of my life, I will probably close my account at this point.

Disappointed. New to area. Saw online/website drive thru open til 5pm. I had to go. It was only 430pm but were closed. If you guys are closed earlier due to covid could you at least update the website. Thank you

Closed my wife's account because it had $0 balance, despite the account getting two payments from social security every month. They then lied and said the account would reopen when her social security payment came in, when they had already returned the payment due to the account being closed. This account got multiple payments every month and was attached to a second joint account that had thousands of dollars in it. They had no reason to close this account and now my wife has to wait weeks for the money she needs to live on because of this stupidity.

I have a couple different banks but Rockland trust is definitely one of my favorite banks all of the employees that work there a very kind and they really know how to treat their customers so I will always go there and they have ATM machines in all of the surrounding towns ??❤️

I called Coral, on Wednesday to make an appointment to add to my CD coming up on Friday. She told me she would not be there that day, took my information and said that I could do the transaction at the drive thru. Cathy, the branch manager would take care of it. Friday, I worried how long I would be holding up the line, but I sent my paper thru and Cathy, greeted me and said I was all set, Coral, had instructed her for me and she took care of it that morning. It was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you!Susan Loranger
