My go to planet fitness location! I go out of my way to come here all the way from New Bedford. Always clean with great options of equipment. Cleaning supplies is always stocked and bathrooms always clean too. Staff is wonderful I’m typically greeted with a smile. Some days (some weekends) I’m not greeted by the person at the desk as they’re on their phone or in a conversation which makes the customer service look bad but overall the best PF in the south shore

Please understand. I love the gym but your sat morning attendant/person at front deck is never at the front desk. 3 times I have wanted to Tan but had to go and find her and tell her “I want to Tan.” Her response,”I’ll be there in a minute and she continues her conversation with a pardon filling the bottles.” Meanwhile I had already been waiting there for 5 min. She doesn’t care that a client is waiting. The gym is great the customer service on Saturday morning is horrible unfortunately.

Thank you for not dropping the ball when it came to the men's locker room The showers were very hot and worked well I like that you have seats in the stalls too for changing. Way better than three other locations I've been to locally. The staff is friendly. All of them as well.

I'm one of those people who never leave reviews but Justin the club manager keeps this place in top shape and is super kind,respectful,reliable and knowledgeable best PF I've been to!

Despite multiple letters of cancellation, they continue to charge my account. Manager Justin Jordan refuses to help. Avoid this place.

I am not a fan of the new Matrix elliptical. It seems as if your arms and legs don't work together. Plus try to grab your water while working out. It is almost impossible. The treadmills aren't much better.

I unfortunately have to cancel my membership after learning that I couldn’t join my friend who has a black card to this gym. I am a member at my planet fitness in Dartmouth and was told since I am a member somewhere else I have to pay 5$ even if my friend can bring someone in for FREE…I am definitely not supporting that awful policy. I will definitely be traveling to my other gym that is further away to stay away from planet fitness’s in general. Worst of it all this was a district manager I was speaking too… just awful
