T/A truck stops have giving me some great service in the past and I was very satisfied with that service!!! I say all of that to say this, I was at a T/A in Columbia NJ, with a blow out and the mud flap bar bent backwards. They noticed a bubble on the tire and did not let me know ( the driver of the truck) because if they would have my company would have gotten it fixed. They didn't, so I get 10miles on 80W and it blew out. When I took it back, I asked a few questions and was not satisfied with the response I was getting. I just asked them politely to fix the tire. I asked them how long would it take, they said it was 4 trucks ahead of me, mind you when I got there, it wasn't any trucks in the bay doors. I waited 40mins. Went back inside and asked them how much longer. Their response was we will squeeze you in their. Safe to say there was no other trucks ahead of me. Not one truck came in the bay doors (5) while I was getting serviced. HIDDEN RACISM IS REAL PEOPLE. Again my past experiences with T/A truk stops have been great and I want stop using them because of this on truck stop!!!!

Had another mechanic working on my truck. He told me that I had to replace one of the injectors.So I called fleet maintenance because they're a cat dealer and I was told that the injectors need to be programmed. Is brought it in on a wednesday. They were able to get the truck right in and replace the one injector. But I was.
Told the truck was still not running right and I said make it right. They kept telling me they were gonna get to it first was they would try to get to it by the end of the week. Then it was monday and tuesday they ended up working on it on thursday. I called on friday multiple times. The reception is finally told me that the truck was done Shortly after that the owner called and told me that the truck was running good he was able to drive it at sixty five miles an hour. When I showed up and picked up the truck it was still smoking at at zero power. I was driving down the road with my foot.Pressing the gas all the way to the floor and it was barely speeding up the rpm's would not go over 2200 in neutral. Told me that there was a fuel line filter that no one knew about that was clogged . And said I should also replace all the injectors and clean out the fuel tank. I was never told that these repairs need to be done before they sent the truck away. Is the truck barely drives. Right now it's smoking like crazy. This mechanic seems to not have very good communication and apparently no wish to work on my vehicle....... response to their response. First of all you're a liar. I was never adamant about just one injector as a matter of fact.After you guys replace the first injector your service manager called me and said it wasn't right and I said make it, right.I need the truck. And yes, the truck would only go 40 miles an hour.
When I brought it to you. You being a cat mechanic?I would assume would be able to fix the truck. Boy was I wrong. You say the truck never smoked. The truck smoke for the minute.I pulled it out of your driveway. I had my foot on the floor the entire time.From your shop to my house.The truck never made it over 60 miles an hour.The truck was slowed down to 40 miles an hour going up.Any type of hill. I was never adamant about anything.I told you what my mechanic told me.You guys said okay.And replace the injector as a matter of fact you ordered the injector before I even showed up. When I called and told you that the truck had 0 power and was smoking like crazy?You told me that you didn't know how it drove before.Therefore you had no way of knowing that it wasn't like this. That's kind of embarrassing coming from a cat mechanic. This is the worst experience at a shop that I have ever had. There was absolutely 0 communication.I contacted you every single time multiple times before.I even received a reply.And I will gladly post the phone records to prove that. Whether or not your yard was full or not when you tell somebody you're gonna be working on at the end of the week and then you don't get to it to the following thursday that's on you. Everybody in this world is busy.You're not special. Don't say that you can do things when you obviously can't. The fact that you let this truck go like this is an embarrassment to you. And anybody that would like to come witness.This truck feel free. Two weeks out before the truck goes into the shop with a mechanic that hopefully can fix the problem. Because it's definitely not you.

Brought my truck in January 27th told me he would look at it the following week truck sat in his lot for 4 months keep telling me he was going to get on it never did I wouldn't let them people work on my bicycle !!!! Truck had a bad injector and a few minor problems They just want the cash from big businesses he forgot about the working classYou know as well as I do that my truck was there 4 months so no I'm not happy the whey you treated me and for you to say I interrupt you I walked over to youI said my truck hasn't moved and you said you can take it if you want and that's not the first time you said that to me soi took my key on my way out I was giving you the finger not your workersService: Auto engine diagnostic

We were traveling to Boston on a Friday when we noticed something wasn’t right with our motorhome. We made it to Fleet Maintenance and Ron and his crew were very helpful. They got us in immediately and figured out the problem was a bad airbag. They helped us find a new one but it wouldn’t be delivered until Saturday morning. We were able to park the motorhome in their lot and when the part was delivered at 11:30 they got us right back in and stayed past their normal hours to make sure we could get back on the road. Ron and his crew went above what most businesses would and were very professional and caring. Hopefully when Ron gets some time to travel they will stop and see us! Thanks to all at Fleet Maintenance!!

I needed my Alignment fixed because it wasn’t fixed right the first time by another major dealership. Ron at Fleet Maintenance did a great job and made sure my truck was good to go before I left. I would definitely recommend FM to anyone in need of service. Doesn’t matter what truck your running. FM can work on anything that rolls in. We wanted to share our experience with this company.Our team was in Massachusetts and needed an oil change for our Volvo Truck.They were the only ones available in the area that could do the oil change which was excellent however they did not have the volvo filters.We bought the filters from another dealer and went to them for the oil change.I'm accustomed to paying max $550 for the volvo long life filters, synthetic oil, and labor.For the oil change on the 2017 Volvo 780 they charged 409.60 for the synthetic oil andLabor $280.00 for 2 hours.Nice people and definitely got the job done but would have considered doing the oil change in the another city or state for the price they charged.Hope this helps any future potential customers make an informed decision.
