“I went to another store to upgrade my phone where they unfortunately completely messed up my account and was a nightmare trying to figure out where to go to get it sorted out. I was told I needed to go to a store with a manager on duty. I came to Wareham almost in tears and about to give up and was VERY happy with the support and help getting it all fixed. Hannah and Liy were AMAZING. They helped me with my return, purchase of a new new phone and adjusted as much of the mess they could and were Super Nice and friendly! Thank you!”
