We purchased a Purple mattress and a Purple seat pad from the Cranberry Hwy. Mattress Firm, our Salesperson was Hector & he was AWESOME. Attention to detail, follow up after the sale & was very accommodating to our specific needs. We will be going back!

First, I’m subtracting stars for the quality of the mattress and the absurd cost of return, not the customer service, which has been consistently excellent.
Do not buy the Ashurst 11” Posturepedic Hybrid mattress. We are now paying an absurd $250 to return the $1000 mattress, since after less than 90 days it is completely broken. The quality of the springs is abhorrent, and after a short time of only necessary use (we don’t rest or spend time in bed besides sleep) there are two major concave spots. We are fit, healthy people, and a firm mattress should absolutely not have completely collapsed beneath us in such a short time.
Prior to buying the Ashurst we used inexpensive “mattress in a box” (2 in the last 9 years) and both were of significantly higher quality than the Ashurst.
Besides that, Hector at Mattress Firm was excellent. He made our experience short and sweet, and delivered effective no-nonsense customer service.

I went to Mattress Firm for the first time in Wareham for a new queen size bed with adjustable base for my 23 year old son on Saturday. I have purchased a few at the Raynham location and had great experiences always.
Kitty met me at the door and was such a great help. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took delivery today, two days later (Monday) I am happy to say I found my new go to…
