AO Smith boiler from Lowes died after 4 years. So we call AO Smith and get Return Authorization. But not so quick - Lowes says they will offer store credit only if we uninstall the boiler and bring it to Lowes. Why? So I don't sell it for scrap. Its a scam.

Great selection of fall plants, all colorful with beautiful hues of orange, red and yellows... The prices were reasonable compared to nurseries and other garden centers. We were there early in the morning, so not a lot of people in the store, making check out easy...

Can I kvetch without being called a Karen? First world problem, maybe. Managing my abundance, maybe. It's been 17 years since I bought a washer/dryer, so I needed a new one. I wish I'd read these reviews before! I took advantage of a sale at this Lowe's, only to have one thing after another go wrong, over many months. First they didn't send the stacking component when the installers came, so they wouldn't install it. It took six weeks and many hours on the phone to get the service people back out with the part and to install it. Meanwhile, I couldn't use the washer/dryer.Then the clothes would only come out hot. And it was loud on the spin. It was rinsing in hot water. After thinking this was the new boiler problem, I discover Lowe's installed it wrong--hot and cold lines were switched. The washer has always been loud, but is now so loud while spinning that I'm afraid to use it. After talking to Lowe's and being told I needed to deal with Samsung, I spent an hour (and a whole wash cycle) on a video call with a Samsung person to decide whether it needed servicing. It obviously does. They've wasted my time on two separate days sending two separate companies out to repair it. Both times the company couldn't repair because they said they needed things from me that Samsung never told me I needed. One was to have the dryer and washer uninstalled. After waiting for hours and making sure I was home from work, he came, looked at it and left. I can't uninstall alone, so I called them back and asked if they could send out a second service man to help lift the dryer off so they could figure out was what wrong with it. Yes! they said. We can do that! They'll be there Monday. Waited all day for the guys to show up only to have ONE guy show up and tell me the same thing the guy last week did--if it's not uninstalled, he's not going to work on it. In addition, he said even if it was unstacked they wouldn't be able to work on it because someone made a note that I needed my receipt, with two explanation points. My receipt is not here--it's with my taxes. Plus, it's not true. It's registered and under warranty. WTAF. So now I have to do this a third time to get a new service company out here after I pay someone to uninstall it and have it sitting in the middle of my bathroom, reminding me of my mistake.PSA. Don't buy at Lowe's. Don't buy Samsung. Pfft. Shop Local.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. in fact, I wouldn't even bother writing a review, but This is the most pathetic excuse for a home improvement store I have ever been to. My first and LAST experience has been nothing short of traumatizing as a first time home buyer. DO NOT GO HERE.My oven caught fire on thanksgiving, (11/24) so I went the next day to purchase a new one from Lowes. The only reason I even chose lowes in the first place was that I had a gift card. The first person I spoke to charged me for a new oven, a five year warranty and "haul away". they failed to tell me that I would need it professionally installed. So when they showed up the next day the guys told me I would need to buy a separate contract for them to come install it, at over 500.00. This would have been fine if they said it in the first place, but the MANAGER the day before failed to tell me, even though I said "I want to be all set, whatever I need just charge me!So I went back the next day, and I signed for the work order, as she was putting it away she said I had 3 days to cancel the work order.I WAITED A WEEK, and Called back. Spoke to the same woman, janette, who said "oh, you didn't know? It's gonna be about FOUR WEEKS" for them to install my oven. I spoke to a manager immediately after who promised me he would get it expedited, but THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE AN INSTALLER UNTIL THREE DAYS AFTER THE WORK ORDER WAS SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I got a phone call three weeks after that, from the installer saying he would install my oven, which at this point had been sitting in my dining room FOR A MONTH, That he would install my oven on 1/4.So thank you for ruining not only my Christmas dinner, but my New Years plans as well!!!!!Oh, but the saga doesn't end here!!!! No no no!So the day of my installation on JANUARY 4th I get a call from the installers saying the hood range wasn't at the store. And they weren't sure when I could get itI have spoken to management who have all promised to reimburse me for my trouble, but no one has since reached out, even after leaving multiple notes on my account. It is now 2/5 and I have just gotten a call saying the hood won't be installed until MARCH.I never want to deal with lowes again. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at Home Depot and have never had a problem. This was my first purchase from lowes, and it's taken A QUARTER OF A YEAR for them to complete my purchase, and so far no refund in sight, after multiple people in CS and management have promised to "make it right".To be honest, everyone in that should should be ashamed and embarrassed of how badly this was botched. And they should all be fired. I never want to deal with lowes again. This is a months long nightmare that JUST WONT END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I won't even get my hood installed for another month after this review.DONT CHOOSE LOWES

This is a very clean and well organized hardware store. The staff here is very great and assisting their customers and you can always find someone to ask where things are. They also have a great clearance department so if you're looking for things that are on sale this store is definitely the place to go to. Overall this is definitely the best hardware store in East Wareham if you're looking for anything to work on your home.

On Sun. 10/2/2o21, I had to bring 4 roller shades back for recutting because they were too long. I had a wait while someone who could cut shades was found. The young woman named Claudia came to the shade dept. She was most helpful and did a great job recutting the shades and was most helpful. I've had some unfortunate experiences in these large box stores, but this woman certainly understood customer service and courtesy. I wish to commend her and thank her again for her professionalism I hope she is recognized for her work ethic and receives top notch reviews.

If I could give no stars I would. So my father ordered 250 retaining wall bricks to his house in Hyannis and Lowes said they won't deliver to that street because it's a dirt road... so basically what I'm hearing is that Lowe's Cant hire decent drivers to be able to drive down a dirt road??? Idiots!!

Terrible experience. Ordered backsplash online for delivery and they were the closest fulfilling store because they had the quantity I needed. Received a call shortly after that they did not update the correct quantity and actually didn't have what I needed. Was told a manager would be ordering more and it should arrive in time for when I needed it. Fine. Haven't received any updates and then received an email that my order would be cancelled the next day if I did not pick up my order. I then called the store to confirm it was in-stock (it wasn't), and nobody knew what I was talking about. One woman in particular was INCREDIBLY rude and sassy and couldn't confirm that my order wouldn't be cancelled and transferred me abruptly to another woman. Called back again to see if there was an update and this new woman, again, had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up cancelling the order and placed it at another Lowes location with much better customer service and management skills.

Wonder why Lowes, Wareham gets such bad reviews? They deserve it. Wouldn't recommend them for any install project.

We went there looking for a specific wood paneling. Their website said they had 20 units. They only had eight. Employee told me Raynham had it in stock drove to Raynham to find out they had none(mind you I’m driving from cape cod!). Raynham called Abbington store said they had it after they PHYSICALLY looked for it. Drove to Abbington got product. FIVE HOUR ROUND TRIP TOTAL WASTE OF DAY!

I ordered a range on line. It was delivered yesterday. Without the new cord...That was sent out in the mail??? One of the screws would not budge, so I could not even install the old cord. I made two calls yesterday, and they said they would send out a cord and someone to check it. Today I called and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Six phone calls later (I had to cancel a work appointment- that cost me $75.00)...No wait, this is now seven calls /transfers (I am typing this in real time). I finally spoke to James (who was very nice and had the details) and he is sending out an other cord and an installation person. Thank you James. However I am NEVER USING LOWES AGAIN

went there with a $100 weedwacker. had the 2 year warranty. sounds like engine is blown, sounds like gravel when you pull it. they made me wait an hour while trying to get someone from the warranty on the phone. I was told a store manager would decide if it was worth fixing, and if not, give me a new one. after over an hour, I was told they have to send it out for repair, and only then, if they can't fix it, I'll get a new one. I thought the girl was going to talk to a manager. she talked to some guy named peter. He must have said no, because she came back and told me it had to go out for repair. What a nightmare.

Bought a refrigerator in June and had a delivery date for five weeks. That's completely good. The night before the delivery we got the call that it would be the next day. Perfect....at 8am we got a call saying that we don't have it. Now they have no idea where it is or if they will ever have it. Don't know, five more weeks ...ever? And it's been paid for. Don't know what to do, they are acting like a company ready to screw everyone and go out of business....
