Jackie cancelled our Saturday appointment the day before we were scheduled due to a funeral. This of course is understandable and Jackie was kind enough to re-schedule for the following Monday. When we arrived on Monday the only person at the shop was the cleaner that told us Jackie was no where to be found and did not even answer the cleaners calls or texts. The cleaner also told us we were not the only ones that showed up only to be told the same by the cleaner. We should have known something was wrong when we first booked our appointment and all Jackie did was complain about how she was getting too old to do this anymore. She also complained about a lot of her customers and that she only accepts about 4 or 5 animals a day due to the stress. Her shop is very small and cramped with very little room to move or for her to even work. Thinking it's time this groomer find a different line of work. We DO NOT recommend her in any way!

i have a rescue that has trust issues. he does not want or like to be held by anyone but me n my boyfriend and wont let us leave him anywhere without 1 of us. when i tell my baby " You want to go see Jackie" he gets more then excited! he has no problem with us passing him off to her and he actually goes into her hands!!! ik my baby if there was anything bad, mean, abusive, or off he would not go to her let her hold him or be left there alone period!! he would make it known somethings wrong and does not want to be there but like i said he loves the grooming and Jackie as a person!! the last thing i have to worry about is anything bad happening to my baby and that hes gonna be loved cared for and happy!! Thanks Jackie!

Jackie is the owner of Jack’s are Wild, she has been Grooming my Goldendoodle Odie since he was a Year old & now he is 9 yr old. She is very Patient, and an expert in grooming. It is very Funny when i say to my Dog Odie, “we are going to see Jackie, & he gets very excited & Runs to the Door, when we get to Jackie’s he jumps right up on the grooming table, so Very Happy”!
