The staff at this location are unbelievably kind and helpful. I had an issue with a delivery order today, and they went above and beyond to remedy the problem. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

The staff here are super kind. Very helpful. They talk to you like you have known each other forever. Amazing it's a fresh breath of fresh air. They are very helpful and professional. They are very informative. I'm so impressed. I know there's customers that just don't understand it's busy they can only help you as best as they can. Keep up the good work guys. Ignore the ones that don't appreciate you going above and beyond. You guys are just awesome I can't say it enough.

Absolutely incompetent and rude. Asking us for a BIN # for a card we've had for three years, telling us our insurance is cancelled after waiting in a ten person line (it's not). Too important and busy to call to get the BIN # or print up a Good RX coupon to get us out of the line. Just POOR. This is the second go-around and the last time I use CVS.

I had to make an appt for booster and the person on phone spoke english ver badly...hatd to understand. Had to have her repeat herself several times.

I bought a 50 dollar visa card for a gift at CVS main St Wareham. He tried to use it and it would not work. Went to CVS and cashier told me to come back when store manager was in.came back 2 days later and manager said he could not do anything about it ,he said call visa. CVS are the ones who. Took my 50 dollars.worst store manager I ever talked to.when I was walking out the cashier stopped me and said this is happening a lot lately. Now it look like a j*** to the person I gave it to.would not recommend this store to any or the manager.

This pharmacy is terrible never has prescriptions ready ordering way ahead 5 days early still not ready then prescriptions are never correct very rude and not very customer-oriented

The Pharmacy staff are rude, they never have my medication and its always on order for over a week.
I've always had good service at any other CVS besides this one. I'm never going her again, I've had with them.

I went there three times to get a prescription.. A simple salve for a burn. Each time they said come back in 20 minutes...I started at 11:30 a.m. at 4:30 p.m. the prescription still was not ready. Very disappointed. Having my doctor resend the prescription to Walgreens.
