I must have hit them on a couple of bad days. We went in needing several rooms of furniture and started with a "spare" recliner for my dad (a chair just for him to sit in when he visited).The person who "helped" us could not have been any less interested in answering our questions, showing us the alternative we were considering (pointed to a corner and said "over there").Never circled back though we crossed paths as we were searching for the next thing on our list. Didn't check in with us and when we asked about the ottomans, pointed again.At that point we left. Yes, we could have asked to work with someone else but given that whenever we passed by the reception area, no one looked up from their conversations with each other.We subsequently spent almost $20K (we'd been saving for YEARS for our dream setup) at Lazboy. Who, when they thought all we were buying was the recliner, treated us like we had won the shopping lottery. Incredibly attentive, helpful and gave us a GREAT deal.I guess this store is doing really well since they didn't need our business.

I had been looking around and I was so impressed by the knowledge and inventory of mattress’s Aaron was knowledgeable and was interested in what was the best fit for me. Would highly recommend coming here and speaking with Aaron Love my Purple mattress and pillow. Delivery was pretty fast and the 2 men. Sorry do not remember your names but were thorough and very quick. Also to Julie the manager. Thank you all. An excellent experience! Have had my mattress/pillow for a month and sleep so much better in my adjustable frame alsoCheryl.

Jim Demers was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything we looked at. Very excited about the new furniture- and also a huge help that they will haul away the old furniture. Look forward to working with Jim again for future purchases!

We went to take a look at mattresses as ours had gotten pretty bad, we went with a plan to just look and feel some out. Aaron was more than helpful, he was knowledgeable and personable. He was very perceptive of when we would look lost, and would come around and answer our questions, but he also provided us with ample space witch made the whole experience much more comfortable. Thank you to Aaron.

My mother and I purchased a patio set from the markdown room and was very disappointed how the process was handled for picking up merchandise. When we arrived at the Wareham store, our furniture was placed back on the floor making it difficult to retrieve. When we made the initial purchase, we were informed that furniture would be placed by the front side door in the clearance area. I had to locate and carry out all the furniture by myself and my elderly mother tried to assist me by carrying out a 50+ pound umbrella base. None of the male salespeople would help us take the furniture to the door; however, a very caring female salesperson helped by locating a dolly for the sofa and even took the umbrella base from my mother. She went above and beyond to help out the situation.

Lousy customer service, apparantly you don't like to sell replacement parts for items you've sold but have bought second hand off facebook marketplace. I am handicapped and i am using one of your adjustable bed systems i bought third party through facebook marketplace, two of the legs are damaged and i had to go through alternative means to get replacement parts.I will never give your company my business ever, let alone walk into one of your stores ever again, just for the sole fact your sales lady in the mattress department told me you don't sell replacement parts to people who have not originally purchased a product from your company, literally no care and no regard was shown to myself a handicapped individual , so my adjustable bed frame is held up by blocks of 4x4 and 2x4 lumber just so i can utilize the adjustable frame and the mattress. Your company can pound sand and go swimming 6 feet under.

Is this the next big box store to fold? Prices seem high. No overpowering reason to buy things there. Over three visits customer traffic was low.

PLEASE don’t waste your time and money shopping at the Wareham location! They do not care if their merchandise is defective. You will be stuck with it!FIVE STARS for Hyannis store! Need to edit this review to say that we had an excellent experience with “Bill,” from the Cardi’s in Hyannis! Not only did we receive exceptional service at the store, but delivery of our bedroom furnishings was also on time and with care and professionalism! The furniture is made with quality and should last us many years, if not a lifetime! ❤️

Melissa was amazing!! She was so patient and accommodating. She listened and paid close attention to our "out of the norm" needs. We appreciated her understanding and willingness to watch us sit on almost every single sofa in the place!! We will definitely return for other purchases when the time comes. She's the type where you'll think, "hey - we could be friends" - no pressure and lots of laughs. Thank you, Melissa and it was nice to meet Julie and Aaron. Thank you all.
