“One of the reps drove the rental out to the body shop where I was bringing my car for the body repair and met me there when I dropped my car off. That in itself is amazing and saves the customer a ton of hassle of trying to find a ride to an Enterprise location to get the rental. I dealt with Kevin out of the West Wareham location. He was efficient, knew the procedure inside and out and was quick. The car he brought me was a 2023 Nissan Kicks in perfect shape. I also spoke a few times over the phone during the entire process (before and during) to Al, the manager. He also was very helpful and knowledgeable, very professional. When my car was done being worked on, all I had to do was leave the rental at the body shop and drive away in my own car. They made it as easy as it could possibly be. Great company and location.”
