I dropped off a ring that previously belonged to my mom and they re-sized it in just a week. They cleaned it and recommended putting new prongs on it. I wish she could see how beautiful and sparkly it is! Great people, great service.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FAMILY STONES!!!!!If I could give them zero stars I would... not only did they destroy and lose a family heirloom of my fiance's, the customer service afterwards was astonishing. John's behavior still makes my stomach turn, he was so horribly unprofessional and disrespectful.After a mistake HE made during the heating and cooling process, an old family diamond was destroyed. He demanded we pay for it and after my fiance took a half day from work to get it sorted out they ended up replacing it for free (with a lesser quality diamond). We asked for the old diamond back because despite the damage (which we hadn't even seen yet) it had sentimental value. John then had us wait in the store for 45 minutes while he ran around searching TRASH CANS for it. He then got upset and accused us of providing a fake diamond, despite the fact their own jewelers tested it as real EVERY time they serviced that ring for the year leading up to this disaster. "I gave you a real diamond and all that was left of yours was shattered glass, I can't find your CV." We ended up getting asked to leave the store and have still not seen our family diamond since.

I had a gold band with sapphires and diamonds that I had put into a new platinum setting. It came out beautiful! They also repaired a diamond band that was my mothers that is equally beautiful. Great workmanship! Everyone was very helpful!

A few months ago I was in the market to buy an engagement ring for my beautiful fiancé. Like many, I had never done this before and was quite nervous about the process. I chose AJ marks in Wareham because I had purchased a few things there before and it always felt more family like than other big chains. I was greeted at the counter by Hilary and have been thankful every day since. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, compassionate. She knew everything about the stones, bands, metals, baskets, and everything else I was clueless about. She made me feel comfortable, never attempted to stretch my budget, and was there every step of the way. When diamonds came in she thought I would like, she immediately called me to come in. When there was a small issue with the chosen band, she had me come in to show me multiple different options that would work instead. By the end of the process, she almost felt like a friend; I think we even shed a few tears when we saw the final product together. My fiancé said yes (yay)!) and is absolutely in love with her ring. I owe a huge thank you to Hilary and all of the AJ Marks staff for helping to make a special moment, absolutely perfect!

I have a ring that originally had an aquamarine center stone and two bands of diamonds, one on each side. The aquamarine got damaged and my fiance wanted to replace it with an oval diamond. Hilary took down what we were looking for and an approximate price range. When we went to see the diamond, it was exquisite! Hilary had searched and done her homework and we had the stone mounted. It was ready in a few hours. Thank you to Hilary for finding something beyond our expectations and (relatively) within our budget. We would recommend AJ Marks to anyone looking to buy or sell jewelry. Very honest and fair.

I recently brought in a diamond ring and Tony said the stones were fake he wouldn't however give them back as I asked instead he gave me 150.00 for the gold without weighing it? Also no I.D. required and no receipt? It's my fault but I know he took advantage of my financial situation! I know that ring was worth $ I got played and no one has returned my messages! DON'T GO THERE!! I'm ashamed I allowed myself to be so naive. I even asked the other guy working about the diamonds and he played d*** and ignored me!!

One of the small diamonds on the band of my fiance's engagement ring fell out after a couple of years. I brought it back to the store and they replaced the missing one at no charge and also shined up the ring which they said they'll do every 6 months, and check the settings at no charge. Pretty sweet.

Thank you so much for my resized wedding band.. I haven’t been able to wear it for about 18 years... and was just expecting a spot with gold added In... but NO!!! You added the scrolling and I can’t even see where the added gold is!! Thank you!!
