I see Betsy, but everyone here is super nice! I have thick hair and Betsy is great at cutting, lightning and finishing my hair. Hard to believe she wouldn't be great with anyone's hair. Recently I went in asking for a heavy highlight with a blended root so that it would grow out well. she lightened and toned my hair, taking it from an orange/ copper blonde with 4 inch grown out roots to a beautiful multi Toned blonde

I've been getting my eyebrows done at Silhouettes since moving back home two years ago, as it was the only place I really trusted to do them in Ware. I went this past weekend for an 11:30am appointment and after having ANOTHER bad experience, decided to share. Literally every time I walk into Silhouettes no matter who is working, they don't even acknowledge the fact I arrived for at least 5-10 minutes. Saturday when I entered, the owner was checking someone out so she didn't say anything which was fine, but then when they left she instantly went to go sweep her station rather than looking up from the desk to say hello. I arrived a couple minutes before 11:30 so I knew I would probably have to wait and had no problem with that but it wasn't until 11:45am that someone else came over to me and I was able to go to the chair. I called earlier in the day to make the appointment and they suggested 11:30am, so there really was no reason for the delay. If you can't handle an appointment at that time due to other clients, don't suggest it. Again, this has happened MULTIPLE TIMES with the owner and the many employees she has had work there and it's just bad customer service. Every other salon I've ever been to greet you as you are walking through the door whether they can take you immediately or not. I'd rather spend more money and drive farther away to a more respectable salon than to go to Silhouettes in Ware for a subpar eyebrow job any day.
