I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Scott and his shop. He worked with me and kept me updated through the entire process. Always called me back if he missed my call. Went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. He heven helped me get parts that weren't related to my accident. I would recommend him to anyone.Services: Painting

We got into an accident in the beginning of the year and brought our car here because it was local for us. Terrible idea. Don’t go here. Scott has our car for a month, the cosmetics were beautiful but mechanically the car was still not functional. He said that codes were reset, that the care of our car was the reason for the mechanical issues. The car had no issues until we rear ended someone. Between Scott and the mechanic next door to him neither of them checked the wiring in our car. We brought it to another mechanic and within two hours he found the pinched wires and 4 blown fuses from the accident. Do not bring your car here even if you are desperate. Go to Palmer or to Sturbridge. If you need a good mechanic go see SubaGuru.

Scott, the owner, went above and beyond for me. His prices are more than fair. I went to Scott's needing a starter replaced, and found that my frame was bent and in the way of getting the starter out. They were very understanding with my situation. I highly recommend Scott's Auto Body to anyone needing repairs to their vehicle. I can't say enough good things about Scott and Dave!

There are two shops here, Scott's Auto Body and Car Intelegence Agency. My car was at C.I.A. for clutch work, not at The Auto Body Shop. The mechanics are great and straight forward. The pricing is on par and they do quality work. I do recommend them...
