I was assisted by Manny with an online verification issue I had with a pre-order.Manny helped me in-store with pre-ordering an S24 Ultra and made the process very quick and easy!A couple of days later after I received my phone, I went back to the store and Manny helped me with transferring all of my data from my previous phone.Manny is a valuable asset to AT&T and his customer service skills are top notch. “In the past I've always been treated like a burden when I've visited a Verizon store in person. Not at this place. Everyone here is as friendly as can be. They are willing to answer any questions you have and they truly want to make sure you leave their store completely satisfied. I was only visiting to pick up an online order and they didn't try to get me to buy things or sign up for anything. Great guys.”
