Gabriel was so incredible when I came in to buy an engagement ring for my fiance. He went above and beyond and gave me a great deal. I would recommend them to anyone above the big name jewelers. 100% coming back for the wedding bands and any other needs. These guys were great can't say it enough.

I've recently shopped in Springfield for years for my jewelry. I Priced a heavy gold bracelet 60 grams and I couldn't believe the price was $1200 less in Ware than Springfiel. Also, my wedding ring and diamond was $1800 less for the same exact diamond and band I had priced out in Springfield after I went to three places.No pressure or upsale ,made me very feel very comfortable.

I stopped in here today to have a watch re-sized to fit me. The jeweler measured my wrist and removed links from the watch to fit me perfectly. He was able to resize the watch while I waited. I was in and out of the business in less than 10 minutes, AND the price was more than reasonable. While I waited, I took a walk around the showroom. There were many beautiful pieces of jewelry including very unique men's and women's rings. The service was friendly and courteous. I will most definitely do business there in the future.

I called Saturday (8/28/21) morning and got an automated message they're open. Drove all the way there to find they were closed until 8/31. It would've been nice if they updated their automated message. I will not be returning to this store.

I was so nervous walking into the store as I have had very unpleasant jeweler experiences. I’ve only ever purchased earrings and necklaces so I went into Dioguardi’s with no knowledge of rings. I worked with Linda who right off the bat was so friendly, kind, and patient. She worked with me and my style to custom make the exact ring that I wanted for my birthday. I will only ever use this jeweler for any/all future jewelry purchases. I really felt like they cared and gave me a fair price. I was even able to trade in an old piece of jewelry and put that value towards my new ring. Cannot recommend enough!!
