I bought a new washing machine from them and after a few months, I started having problems. I finally got tired of the problems and called Whirlpool directly and they needed a delivery date. I called Dave's appliance and asked if they could give me the date they delivered my washing machine, but they said they don't keep records I mean it's a computer for crying out loud so now I've got a machine that's broken then I have to pay for it to get fixed. The woman on the phone sounded like she couldn't be bothered.

Great experience at Dave's. Our Dishwasher broke a week ago. Checked out Dave's website, found what we wanted, stopped by the store and ordered it in and out in about 30 minutes. They came today when they said they would. The install was smooth the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All around a great experience.

I was charged $425 for an ice maker that they paid $71 for. It took the tech 30 minutes to take the old one out and new one in. For that number they were supposed to have repaired the ice dispenser as well but stated that they had misdiagnosed the issue and would need additional parts. Criminal.

Came out fast and repaired both washer and dryer very well at a reasonable cost.
