Gas pump got stuck when I had a very specific amount of money to spend, my dumb selves fault for not just paying the specific amount inside, ended up spilling gas on the ground as the pump lock refused to unlatch. Horrifying safety hazard, go somewhere that actually cares about providing safe pumps instead of risking it @ Cumberland Farms

This cumbies is the worst there is. Do not go here EVER. Staff is incompetent and rude. I’ve gone here twice and waited in line over 15min each time because staff was incompetent and rude. Do not go here.

Went in To make a return, and the staff was rude and dismissive. They said they were not trained on how to do a turns, which I’m understanding of, but the dismissiveness and rudeness was very unnecessary. I asked if they could text or call the person that was just there five minutes ago, and they said no. they didn’t even try contacting their store manager or anyone to help them with this. I live an hour hour and a half away which is an Inconvenience for me to “come back in the morning”. I would recommend having someone on call to avoid these issues. I just lost out on $20 due to lack of training. Thanks.

This Cumbies is within 2 miles of my house and is always well stocked and has extremely friendly employees. Sometimes they will even cover my drink.

I was fired for being gay and being threatened by a woman who accused me of stealing a blunt out of her purse..I don't even smoke, especially at work. absolute Crap company..never work here!!

This Cumberland farms is the dirtiest one I have ever been too! To top it off worst customer service when asking a question. No flavor creamers and when asked what happened? Lack of interaction.. just pretty much telling me to deal with it with the look on his face. The franchise needs to do better.

Employees are USUALLY nice and helpful. Pretty clean. Cappuccino machine actually being full is a 50/50 chance but good selection of items and many deals if you're paying attention

I have gone here a few times only because it's convenient prior to going to Walmart in ware. Both times I went, the staff was miserable. This last time was the worst. A line of people at the register and only one gentleman working. The other three staff were too busy talking about their personal lives. Finally the gentleman spoke up and asked them to work. This woman Keri came over and started cashing people out but made it seem as if we were and inconvenience, attitude and all. Then kept leaving to finish the conversation while waiting for card transactions to be approved. I won't be going here again. If you do not have respect, not only for people or your job, when I know many who would do anything for a paycheck, then maybe you shouldn't be working in customer service. Never again. The only one I've NEVER had a bad experience in was the Cumberland in Sturbridge.

I’ve always liked the Cumberland Farms stores. This one is a very wonderful store. The staff is wonderful. My son recently broke down while he was getting gas there and me being in North Carolina I couldn’t rush up there to help him. I was concerned when three hours later he still hadn’t called to tell me he was home and he wasn’t answering his phone which I was afraid the battery died. so I called the store just to ask the woman if there was still someone stuck in the parking lot she went outside and spoke with him to reassure me that the tow truck was on the way. This was very thoughtful of her, not a lot of people would do that. I will always stop and patronize this Cumberland Farms when I find myself in Ware MA.

I have never been to any Cumberland Farms store that wasn't clean. The staff are always polite. The sandwiches and pizza are fresh ... I like them, but it's individual opinion. I wish all their stores would have their carrot cake. I like their coffee, and their icecream is excellent, and less expensive than the name brands. Their bread is good.Convenience store prices are always high, so don't expect anything different.I don't like their gas price policy, but I don't like anyone else's either.
