They did an excellent job listening to their issue, suggesting the right set-up, and even going to my parents house after work to help them set install it. Thank you ... you have a customer for life.

Cluetts is a unique store in this era of big box / online retail. Cluetts excels at customer service, follow up, communication, competitive pricing and technical smarts . I have worked with numerous sales people, installation staff and repair techs- to a person, they are courteous, knowledgeable, and they follow up with anything that needs further resolution. They go the extra mile for their customers!! Their prices are very competitive with anything I’ve seen online or in big box stores. They’re a rare breed!!

Great place to buy your appliances. Prices are very close to the big box stores and you can actually get service and quality installation.

This was my first experience with Cluetts. I was shopping for a new stove and had gone to several other appliance stores, went to Cluetts they had a wide variety of manufacturers to choose from the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable of their products, prices were compareable if not better than the other stores, I was able to get a delivery date within a few days. The delivery men were on time, pleasant,explained different things about the stove. I would definitely recommend trying them next time you need an appliance. I will use them again.

A wonderful local business. We had an issue with a brand new fridge we purchased from Cluett's, and Eric, Chris and their team stuck with us to the end to make sure we had a working fridge that we loved. They called us when they said they would. They showed up when they said they would. Just terrific! Highly recommend.

I was in dire need for a new stove 2 days before Thanksgiving!! I called cause they are local to me and from the moment Krystal answered the phone it was a wonderful experience. She took the time to find me exactly what I wanted and even had some delivery men available to help us load it up to take home. I highly recommend them.

Went to other stores to price compare on a new kitchen range. We had our old stove go up in smoke. We had the fire department and all. Cousin and friend recommend this as the place to shop. I can't begin to tell what a joy it was to shop with people who care. My wife got the stove she wanted at a great price the delivery and old stove removal charge was 50% less then several other places wanted. On top of te great price they gave me a 10% military discount.
