I want to thank APR for sending a great young man, Ethan, when I was stuck at a rest area on the Mass Turnpike. As it happened I didn't need the tow because he helped me understand that I could drive (carefully) with the crack on my windshield. Even though it meant they didn't get my business, he was very kind and reassuring.

This company is by far the WORST company I have ever came across!! INACCURATE pricing and CROOKS!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL the way they speak to customers. DO NOT USE THEM!! The way they do business is completely illegal. So sad!! STAY AWAY!!

STOP! Read first before calling Let me start off with, they are not professional what so ever. They are the worst company to ever call. They do it so illegal. They don't even provide quote as they say "the job has to get done so I have no time to call and let you know the price " Us expecting to only pay about $1k-2k no more like $7,730. I've called the police station and they know about this company how horrible they are I've called the state MA and they know about how horrible this company is. Everyone knows how bad this company is before I mentioning their name. So that was embarrassing for me. But this is a lesson learn I will never ever use them again and I suggest for anyone to keep away!

Stay away, the owner called and said he had to reschedule my RV being towed to the next day. The following day, no-show, next day another no-show, I was again told again it would have been today and its still sitting here. Liars, dishonest, use caution.

I had my car towed here after suggestion by my insurance. We came in after hours but they were more than accommodating ensuring that the car would be looked at the next morning and let us wait for a ride from the garage. The next day they stayed true to their word and helped me out a bunch. Without their help I would have been a lot worse off.
