I called for an oil change and they told me that they close at 5pm, I arrived at 4 and they didn't want to assist me because it was too late. So why do they say they close at 5pm?

Wait times may be a little long but the customer service once you make it in is great. Better to schedule online or drop in in person as they don’t answer the phone if you call.

I would not recommend coming here for an oil change. I had a 9:00 appointment and arrived at 8:45. I said I was waiting and sat in the waiting area for an hour until they even took my car in for service. Over two hours for "the works" oil change. Will not be returning.

April2023:5: I would recommend this Ford repair service center.I found this Ford repair and service location as a result of searching for a place to take my father's Ford vehicle for recall services and a check up that he has apparently neglected for over a year. The indicated directions were fairly accurate for me to arrive without getting lost in the nearby city areas. This service center is adjacent to a big box warehouse department and grocery store. The blue signage is fairly visible from the street when approaching the center. There is one handicap parking spot in front of the door opposite the street you enter the service center. There are also general parking spots across from the entrance to the service center available. Upon entering the front doors, the counter is directly in front of you. The rental car window is to the right and the waiting area is to the left. There are separate male and female restrooms at this location. I found that the restroom was clean and without any offensive smell. The workers inside were efficient and properly documented the vehicle correctly to ensure that the correct services were completed. I was able to get a rental vehicle for the duration of my vehicle repair.

They didn't tell the price before the service. And directly take $50 for just assembling the license plates. Even I brought the license frame from them for $35 which only take $15 on amazon. Really terrible experience!

Waited 2 months for a recall appointment and asked that they take a look at some other issues. After 4 days they still hadn't let me know what the status was. I had to pester them to find out what was happening. Apparently nothing. After a week they only did the recall work and misdiagnosed my other concerns so I had to take my truck in a second time to get the other problem fixed and they tried to charge me for warranty work. Terrible experience.Service: General repairs

no free loaner cars for a ford recall. shuttle van service not in service area{only 4 miles away} purchased a new mustang here + traded a nearly new auto with only 5000 miles.AVOID!

What a complete waste of time! I spent over two hours at the NOT so Quick Lane to get a new car key made for my Ford that only Ford can make...And they couldn't figure it out so no new keys for me. Lots of angry people waiting for their cars. No need to ever come back here again.

I usally speak very highly of watertown Ford But the customer service was lacking . Felt like they didn't really care that I came in for an oil change . Been going there since 2013 and honestly left thinking I should take my business elsewhere. I will go back hoping it was just an off day . Next service will see if I should go elsewhere
