The selection here is ok but the guy here is just really angry and overall has bad customer service. I bought a few things but I wont be coming here again. He explicitly said he wanted his customers to be angry and that its our fault that regulation for tobacco is bad. I feel for the guy because I can tell he's not happy but if he's running a business its not good practice to intentionally antagonize your customers and treat them poorly. I honestly hope he finds something that makes him happy in life.

A large selection of cigars. All well priced. Very laid back place. You can still smoke inside here. I have been there several times and it is good, old and full of character, if you are preferring fancy places this is not for you. Hard core smokers here.

Ouch. In dire need of an overhaul and update. Get some comfortable seating, take better care of product, hire more friendly and knowledgeable staff. Obtain better lines of cigars.

The selection is the best thing about this place and the only reason I gave it two stars. The person working the counter was disinterested and spends most of his time in the bodega next door. Floor and ashtrays are dirty and the three armchairs have outlived their useful life. Also in major need of some air purification. I have been in mancaves with better ventilation. The two ceiling fans just push the smoke around the not very large sitting area. The place has potential if it only had management/ownership that actually cared about cigars and customers.
