This nail salon is great! They were able to get me in on short notice and did such an amazing job! My nail technician kept making sure she was doing exactly what I wanted which I loved, and she was very kind to me and every other customer who walked in. Will definitely be making this place my go-to!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had getting my nails done. I get my acrylics cut medium length and they were cut super short, before anything else was done I asked if we could redo them and get them longer and I profusely apologized and said I would pay more. Then they re did them and when I asked them to be cut a little she wouldn’t because she stated she wouldn’t want to redo them again. I asked for a French tip and left feeling super upset with the result. I had an event the next day and had to get up super early and go to another nail salon just to get them fixed. The shape was off, the lengths weren’t even and overall just a sloppy job

This has always been my go to salon. I have seen many owners I always manage to get a great manacure and pedicure here. They don't have the fancy massage chairs, but they make up for it with a longer leg massage. I always choose 3 colors for my nails and I swear by the dip powder. My nails stay strong and last at least 3 weeks with this. I always get complemented how nice my nails look. Thanks for a great experience as always.

I have been going to Waltham Nails for several years now and I have no need to go to any other salon.
All the technicians are terrific.
The salon is very clean and I’m always taken on time.

After visiting Waltham Nails &Spa, I initially found their prices fair, if not lower than other places. However, after just a week, I encountered significant issues with my nails—they began coming off prematurely, which was quite frustrating. Eventually, I had to remove all my nails myself because they were becoming so bothersome.
What's more concerning is that I tried two different technicians at this salon(Lee and Lisa) and both experiences yielded similar results. It makes me wonder if there's an issue with the products they use. While affordability is a plus here, the quality and longevity of the service leave much to be desired.

Went with a friend both for a dip manicure. It was pretty busy but we had an appointment. They have a good selection of colors. I was disappointed though that the cuticles were not done and none of my hang nails were taken off. It's something I look forward to when getting my nails done. I originally thought it was just the service that I asked for, but my friend who got the same manicure got her cuticles cut and hangnails trimmed as part of her base service. The overall quality of the polish is really good, just disappointed our care was not consistent for both my friend and I.
