Went to get my inspection and waited for an hour. Finally got to the front of the line and then the inspector took two cars that came after me. I stopped him at the second car and asked what was going on and he said the cars came there before me which I'm pretty sure was a lie because those cars were behind me.Not a good experience at all.

I had my car inspected about a month ago. They did not give any paper for inspection. I asked where my inspection paper was and they said we don't give it to them. I want to use my car in Uber today and I went and asked if I could get the Uber State Inspection Paper because I need it today, it was 12.14. The man says we close at 12, come on Monday. I said I need it today. Why didn't you give it before? I asked you before and you said we don't give it. The man rudely closed the garage door on my face and said, "If you want, you can come on Monday." What they did was very rude.

Was in and out of there. Got an inspection sticker. Was a bit of a tight parking lot but other than that, no complaints!

Had to get my car towed here because my driver side wheel bearing went while driving. I decided to replace both sides and provided the parts. They took the parts and charged me for both sides. Two weeks later my passenger side went, I didn't go back to them because of where the car was when the passenger side went only to find out that bearing was never replaced the old one was still in it, the condition of the bearing said it all. I drive me kids in that car including a 1 year old and 6&7. So I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone bearing could've went while I was on the highway. I provided pictures to show and clearly that wheel bearing has not been changed in a long time.

Nice guys, thorough and competent, but slow. I asked for state inspection, tire sensor replacement, and oil change, which should have taken 2-3 hours. It took 8 hours. They need better inventory management (calling ahead for parts that they knew they would need, based on my request) and their time estimate was way off. It's a gas station that needs more professional management. Would not recommend.Services: Vehicle Inspection

Great nice guys for state inspection services, they kindly arrangements vehicle in line moving ahead and tell you how to do honestly. Very good place I have done the inspection several years.

I went for the annual Massachusetts inspection. As usual, they had a few cars waiting but it moves along. A Dunkin Donuts nearby helps the wait. No drama and simple to deal with
