This is was my first time using Valiant oil stuck in an emergency, from first call to the secretary to the owner to the driver these are some of the most professional kind people I've ever dealt with. Calling around not sure what to do they were able to help with great prices also the owner was very informative responsive and understanding couldn't say enough about this company!!!

You guys must train all your drivers to cut everybody off in traffic and have no regard for right of way and safety. Oh I have a large vehicle so I can do whatever I want.
Gonna cause a wreck soon you can bet on that.

Fair prices, comes out in time, easy to work with, a company I cant count on, and gives the honest truth. Sue is also the best too, very friendly. I highly recommend this company! Our furnace stopped work in the middle of the night on Saturday. On Sunday morning I called Rich. He was at my house that afternoon and fixed the problem. He was happy to let me watch and ask questions throughout. He was courteous, efficient, and super knowledgeable. Most of all, he's trust worthy. His truck had a tagline that said something like "Today's technology with yesterday's service" which I thought was pretty corny until Rich did his thing. I won't be calling anyone else for HVAC service going forward.

He tracked down a replacement and had in installed within a day and even lent us some space heaters. He was up front about all our options and took the time to explain everything. Left the place immaculate. We've used him for our HVAC too. Service is exceptional!

I decided to switch to Valiant after reading the reviews here. I haven't been disappointed. Their oil price is competitive with others around me and service is exceptional. Rich went through my system thoroughly. When they cleaned the oil burner it was apparent that it had been years since it had been done completely, vs. just the standard brushing most companies do. He's also extremely honest and doesn't try to sell you new equipment you don't need.
