There's a blond woman who works here that is just absolutely miserable to interact with. She's got to be the worst customer service employee I've ever met. I went in to drop off an item, and she was sitting having a conversation on her cell phone for nearly 5 minutes before helping me. She treated me as an inconvenience and proceeded to argue with me about how many stamps I needed while also insulting employees at other local post offices. She then started questioning me about other items I had brought in was argumentative when I told her I didn't need to mail anything else.This woman has a nasty attitude & is unbelievably rude to customers. Do not go to this location, Main Street is much friendlier, more professional, and don't treat you poorly for making them do their jobs.

Elaine, the obese blonde lady that works at this post office is rude and unprofessional. She is condescending and acts like a know-it-all when she is actually wrong! Elaine is a miserable, bitter person who takes out her anger on customers. This post office deserves NEGATIVE stars because of the terrible way Elaine mistreats customers.

Elaine, the rude clerk that works here, should NOT be in a customer-facing job because she obviously hates her job and makes offensive, snide comments to me. Just because Elaine hates actually working at her job, it doesn't give her the right to express her hate to me.

This women was horrible in her attitude. I was not allowed to put the money in her hands I have to put it on the counter. She was not wearing gloves or a face mask. I know a Karen when I meet one.

The older woman who works here is a completely miserable person. I asked for a receipt for a package I was dropping off. She rudely told me I didn’t need one, crumpled it up, then tossed it across the counter towards me.

My issue is the times of this Post Office are right on the door. So being a Fedral "Business " how is it acceptable for th employee inside to Close business during business hours? I went there On foot w/crutch an no vehicle. Was there at 12:00pm, but door was locked . It's suppose to close at 5:00. When I returned at 2:55pm, and DID see the postal worker inside thru the glass door, she was in the back explaing for me to return at 3:00pm.What, she couldn't let me in 5 minutes early? Just needed to send a package. So since when can federal employees make thier own hours? Just wondered. Anyone else experience this at the Spruce St site?

Never more than a 1 person wait at this location. Its a small place and the person at the front desk is pretty helpful.

Called to try and locate a missing package, and the lady on the line couldn't possibly have been ruder. I tried to explain I dropped a package off at the post office a week ago, but my tracking information was still showing "pre-transit", meaning it hadn't been scanned into the system yet. Wanted to know if it was still there, and what was going on. She didn't ask for my tracking number, didn't ask what size the package was or what it looked like, nothing. Literally just said "well, I don't know.".....okay, thanks for the help?
