I will never understand why the people (with a few exceptions) that work at the main post office in Waltham are THE most angry, miserable and rude humans. You're not out in the elements. People in line are almost scared to speak. One man is so downright mean that I can't believe he's still employed - his disrespect to elderly, those whose English is not their first language, etc is actually unbelievable.

Waiting in line someone was loudly explaining to their friend that this was the "worst post office" in the US. It's true. They're rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Go somewhere else.

I sent a package via international shipping, the representative made a mistake copying the address, I corrected her and she told me that it would arrive and that the error was in my handwriting which was not clear. And with attitude because the address was long and there was little space in the box for that number of characters. As you can imagine, the package did not arrive, I went several times and no one informed you of anything. When I spoke with the supervisor she told me that I had wrongly accepted the direction, that there was no refund. I lost my money and my package.

Awful service from these Lazy people. I hope they get a supervisor soon. Or at least someone should send any one to inspect on them.

These are the laziest employees I've ever seen. I wasn't able to do a change of address form online so they emailed me a barcode they said I could take into any USPS office and I just had to get my ID scanned. The guy at the counter interrupts me while I'm telling him I have a change of address barcode with "yep just need the ID" and he scans it, apparently it didn't take, so he tries scanning it again. Without doing an ounce of troubleshooting he just goes. "Go to a different post office and do it, it's not working for some reason"I don't think the thought "maybe I can figure this out myself" even fired between two neurons in his head. He just dismissed a customer to go to a whole different post office to make it their problem while vacantly shouting "next".

I never leave reviews but this one is much warranted… the lady working there Saturday morning was extremely rude and had such an attitude for no reason. I had a simple question for some confusion I had and she responded to me like I was stupid and rolled her eyes several times in a 2 minute conversation. I’ve never been treated in such a manner at any other usps store in my life. Trust the 2 stars and comments for this location. Worst employees at this location

Every member of the staff in this post office has been more professional, proficient, and knowledgeable than those a other offices I have visited.
