I just went in there and experienced a manager sticking up for the young lady behind the counter who was being unjustly scolded by a rude woman and I had to come leave a review because more managers need to act like that!!!

My return was made super easy and efficient by the staff. They were also very approachable and even allowed me to borrow their heavy duty carts to bring my 135 lbs package in.
It was not an easy task as I was returning a ping pong table, but the team here took care of it. They did not delay to help and did a fantastic job.

I came to have something laminated on Saturday a week before Christmas, and while i was waiting for the machine to warm-up, i watched the staff dealing with an onslaught of folks mailing packages. I was really impressed with the cheerfulness and efficiency i saw.When my job was completed and i asked the price, the manager said, "You're Good." I was stunned as i had heard him say this to other customers also, but i didn't understand he meant it was a gift. These were small amounts, but i left feeling a glow in my heart and wonderful appreciation for his kindness.Bless you, UPS Store staff.

Dropped off a package at 9am for 1 day delivery to Canada. The package wasn't even sent out for delivery until 8pm that night. Now it is still sitting in customs and there is no delivery on the weekend. They took $141 of my money and now I am going to have to drive back to Canada on Monday or Tuesday this week as I will not be here when the package arrives. Terrible business practices.
