This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had with movers. They will only answer through text messages and are unresponsive to emails and phone calls.I hired this company through UHaul to move my UBoxes. The night before my move, I got a text from them saying that there were not UBoxes at any UHaul locations (it was too late in the day to contact UHaul). The next morning, they were still saying there were no UBoxes available. I ended up calling UHaul myself and getting the information that yes, there were in fact UBoxes available and ready for me, which I sent to them.The whole time, they were complaining about the amount of things I had and kept saying how grateful I should be that I got my containers and that they had to cancel other people.I ended up reaching out again to file a claim about damaged goods and a missing box of things. They couldn't say where the box went. They have ignored my emails, text messages, and voicemails about filing a claim for well over a month now.

SCAM SCAM SCAM they are not movers! and a bunch of thieves. They deliberately underestimate their quote and when they send the third party driver to pick up (the actual truck owner/driver gives you the real price to move your item-which is most cases about double what they quoted you ) . If you decide not to go with the drivers price "They say you are "refusing" service and take your deposits and say no refund". Please observe their only cash payment/structure metho, which means there will be no recourse of action for you.

Moving crew and supervisor were great- very hard-working and polite. That's the sole reason I give a two star rating.Ownership is a very different story.I had a very short (3 mile) move from a rental home I was in back to my house. I was called by the company to do a phone consult to determine the time and truck size needed. I answered all questions and was told the move would be completed in a day. That seems totally appropriate, since a national mover had done just that when I moved into the rental (8 pm start, 5 pm finish). I thought it a bit strange that Trust didn't want to swing by and do an in person assessment of the house contents, (the rental was also in Newton) but I left it to the expert's opinion.I'll keep the rest as short as possible. Moving began at 9 AM. on Wednesday. At 11 PM (!) the house wasn't empty, but truck was full. Moreover, it was a rental - apparently Trust doesn't own trucks- which had died (battery) in my driveway. I saw how the guys had worked and so didn't put up a fuss. When the owner Mila called to say they'd need another day, I was easily agreeable but insisted that Day 2 MUST be completed by 5 PM- no excuses. She assured me it would be no problem.The truck remained in my driveway until 8 AM on Friday, when the move continued. We drove to my house to unload and the problems started. Trust sent only three movers, not the five from Wednesdays. Unloading was proportionately slower, so it was already early afternoon when the truck was empty. Remember, there was still the remaining content of the rental house to be loaded in the truck and brought over. I was told the crew was taking a lunch break for an hour. Not really. The rest of my furniture arrived in the late afternoon, with a DIFFERENT CREW! I assume mine went to do another job. I had called Mila to express my displeasure when the first crew was gone for two hours. She arrived and worked putting together one of the several bed frames, while I did the same. Great customer service and problem resolution by the boss, correct?The move concluded shortly after 7 PM. Instead of an apology and perhaps a discount, I was presented with a bill which included $180 per night for "storage" of the broken down truck in my driveway and hourly billing for the Mila's time when the crew was supposed to be finishing my move!!! This is not a joke.When I told Mila that I would pay the actual hours the crew worked the second day (I had already paid the full bill for Day 1 despite it running well over the time estimate), but not the "storage fee" or the time when she worked alone to assemble the bed (with no crew there), she tried to tell me what time was logged on her phone for the second day's hours. I finally lost it. I explained loudly that I was giving her what I said was correct in cash and that the move was over. I tipped the crew through the manager (they had worked hard throughout) and ended the saga.Bottom line- cost was essentially the same with Gentle Giant for a one day move and a pleasant experience, versus what ended up being two days and significant aggravation.

I’ve used Trust for two local Boston moves and they are excellent. Highly recommend! They arrive on time and are very quick!

3 stars for the move, they did a good job and were very accommodating. The upsell on packaging stuff was ridiculous though. So, save yourself a couple of hundred dollars, and say no if they try to sell you anything.They also came over with a smaller truck despite telling them the size of my apartment, so I had to pay one of the movers an additional $200 for his Budget rented truck. So, if you use these guys, ensure they have the right sized truck to fit your needs.

On December 8, 2021 Trust Movers moved me from Walpole to Stoughton in 5 hours. Although they promised me a 23 foot truck they arrived in a 16 foot truck it took them hours to pack. They moved at a snail's pace and purloined, stole my Mac book Air, Sony Cybershot camera, an electric drill, boxes of clothes, a Brother scanner, work out pants, hardware, tools, etc. Although the move took only five hours they billed my lawyers for many more and would not give me a receipt. I will never use them again and am seeking recompense, remuneration, a refund for everything they stole.

This was an exceptional experience, with professionals at every step being skilled, knowledgeable and also incredibly efficient. From the first phone call, to the follow up on person home visit to assess the scope of work, this was so well done.On moving day Rudy and the crew showed up, in late March, during one of those really fun snow days we came to love. Normally, this isn’t a problem, they were so good at moving things with no issues to the truck and bringing it to the new home. Here’s where experience pays off… unknown to us the road with the new home has had issues with paving- the city misses it routinely. Turning onto the street you go down a hill, and we nearly hit the snow bank at the bottom. The moving crew was able to safely land the moving truck in the snow bank and make their way down the slippery road.Once at the house they were so fast at unloading things and always checked in about where something should go if it was a large rug or furniture item.Trust makes the difference between professionals and anyone running ads on CL so very clear. Their services include day of move packing, they make this process as quick as can be and takes a lot of the pressure off if you.The pricing was a deal, so I can’t recommend them enough.Props to the owner for running such great company, and to Rudy and the crew for making this happen, even under less than desired circumstances

I was not sent the Three Stooges I was sent three Curly's.They were two hours late every time.They left things unattended on the street.They left things in a grass median where all the dogs go.They crammed$20,000 worth of stereo equipmentInto one boxWithout any packaging or wrapping.I am missingTons of stuff And much breakage. We moved twice with this company, and we'd recommend. They were available on the date convenient to us, the crew worked fast and with care, and their rates are highly competitive, best of all companies I looked into. Mila is very responsive and worked hard to accomodate our needs. Thank you!

We used this company for our recent move and it was the worst experience we've ever had moving. They arrived late and did not complete the job. During the time they completed a portion, the movers were rude and had a terrible attitude. Further because of this, the work took significantly longer, resulting in many delays and more hours than needed. The discount offered was not enough to make up for the poor work and bad experience. Although the owner tried to help, and we did schedule another day to give them a second chance to finish the job, they did not show up and called several hours later with a bizarre story of the tardiness. The work was not completed and we would not recommend using this company.

I was looking for a good quote to move my two bedroom. Looked for reviews everywhere angiest, home advisor and mostly yelp and google. Found good feedback on this company. Let me say this, PRICES are great. They work around your schedule and so promt in the mornings. Rudi and his crew are so friendly and were very careful with my belongings. Thank you! When I move back I will definitely call and have you service me again!
