My stay at the Westin Waltham Boston was perfect! The employees, specifically Elizabeth at breakfast and Willy at the front desk, were over-the-top kind and helpful. My room was so comfortable and cozy, and I really enjoyed all the choices I got with the free breakfast voucher. Moreover, it is pet-friendly (without any additional fee!). I didn’t want to leave.

very clean. just parking garage need to be worked on. a lot of electrical conduit falling, exposed wires touched my truck. gate don't work. but would definitely stay again

The Westin is a very beautiful hotel when you walk in you see all the stuff and all the little restaurants they have all over the place The rooms are decent they could be a little bigger unless I was just in a smaller room I was there shooting pre-wedding videos all in all it's a very nice place and very beautiful free parking garage so it's not that bad at all.

This hotel is beautiful and the service is awesome if you have a car it’s perfect because then you can drive to the local places otherwise as a senior it’s hard to walk down the hill— there’s a great park that you can drive or hike up less than 3 away
Rooms: The rooms are very clean and spacious and they put plenty of towels everything you need , enough hangers ,there’s plenty of mirrors ,the lighting is good and the front desk is always available elevators are quick and plentiful ♥️
Safety: I felt very safe in this hotel and I like how clean and spacious it was , my only
Room service was wonderful ,
my only complaint was the restaurant Horrible service & food ?

I think this is one of the best hotels in this area. I have seen many hotels in Waltham. Sometimes I just go there to get coffee, because it's the best coffee in the world and Mishel she's the best barista. Be sure to try the cappuccino with honey, it’s magical.

For about $260 for the king with a lake view, this was not a bad deal. The room was clean and fresh and I loved opening the giant window to let in fresh air. The staff were professional and friendly, and the lobby was super pretty. The parking garage is tight; there are two parking spaces within two columns on either side of those spaces, so it's meh. I saw so many marks on the columns from people smacking their cars off of them, so beware of this when you stay and park here.
Everything else was pretty great!
