Not going to lie, she’s good at the job and doing nails but the customer service wasn’t the best. If you are okay with not so great customer service and she double booking: appointment clashes with another client and being so nonchalant and unapologetic about it then this is for you.

worst nail salon ever！！I only did the nail extension remove!!!hurt my nails
Firstly, I didn't demand to have my gel X extensions removed. I simply asked if you could remove them, to which you said yes. However, you never informed me of the time it would take to soak off the gel. Despite there being only two nail salon staff, they were attending to four to five people simultaneously. After agreeing to remove my extensions, you left me waiting and attended to other customers. I waited for 15 minutes, as I literally set a timer. It seemed as though you were rushing due to the understaffing issue, with two staff members handling five customers. If this is a challenge, please don't shift the blame onto customers. A good manager should always strive to improve salon operations instead of resorting to excuses. This experience felt rude and unprofessional.

I called for a same day appointment for a gel manicure and had a bad feeling from the get go. She told me to come at 4pm and as I was asking if she wanted my na..she hung up. I arrived at 345pm and walked in, waited until 357pm no one greeted me or looked up or talked to me. I turned right around and left. With this lack of greeting, I can only imagine the lack of care they would give me for a manicure. I was willing to give this place another shot, but never again.

I absolutely love going here! It took me a long time to start doing my nails again everytime I went somewhere they just didn't do a good job but they are awesome here and make you feel so comfortable. Whatever design I ask for they do it for me with no problem. I really do love going here and glad I was able to find them! Cookie is awesome too!! ?

So I came 3 days ago to do my manicure and pedicure and there’s this soooo skinny girl!(I will name her skinny!!!coz she called me BLACK) I think the manager of the place?♀️ who even cares….!who charged me $90(money wasn’t my problem) but she was so rude by telling me what color type i needed on my nails according to my skin color(I’m black)! Guess what! The color didn’t look nice so I told her to change it and she was shouting the whole place for me to pay extra $30 dollars for her to re-do a color of my choice which was very stupid of her!# I’m personally not entering or referring any human to this place with that tinny SKINNY woman around!!!!!!
