I had a terrible customer service experience today at Sullivan Tire & Auto. I asked one of the employees if they could help me with my car's tires because they were losing air, and all the employee suggested was to add air. However, my car's tires had a nail in them causing the air leakage, and they didn't do anything to assist me. Terrible service.

My daughter brought her car here to have the tires changed. They appear to have done a good job with that. However, while the car was there she asked if it might be possible for them to change out her license plates as she just received new ones and did not have the tools. I knew for them it would be a 3 minute thing and very easy for them. I suggested she ask as I figured they would be happy to do that for her and it was good customer service. Well, when she picked the vehicle up, they did change them for her but charged her $50. The tire change was $100, and instead of doing a customer a nice favor- a three minute at most switch- they charged her and not a $5 or $10 fee for the effort- $50. Needless to say, I was very surprised and disappointed- they took advantage of her instead of providing a courtesy and high level customer service. Will not use them again.

The team in Waltham is so nice and even stayed open a little past closing time so I could pick up my car. Appreciate the extra effort! I've been here a few times and they always do a great job at great prices.

Took my car at 8 am. No call all day. Picked up car at 5 no work done. Just said they couldn’t get to it. What a waste of time. Pathetic.

I hate to complain because Tim and Dave were very nice and my conversations with Tim were pleasant when I had questions and concerns but my car was there for 3 days (technically 4 but I dropped off on Sunday) and it still isn't fixed. I feel like they just threw parts at it hoping to fix it but I got on the highway and the issue I had is still there. So not only did I pay $770 for no reason, but I had to pay for an extension for my rental car because it wasn't ready on Tuesday as expected and still when I arrived a little after 5 today, it still wasn't ready and I had to wait for another hour. I also have no idea if the oil was actually changed because there is no sticker and the old one is still there. I honestly don't think I would go back in the future.

My car tire was smoking so I brought it in to Sullivan. I spoke with Dave who was great. Over the phone he quickly explained what he expected the issue to be and said he would do his best to squeeze my car in to get looked at so I would be able to get back to work on Monday. Dave even took the time to come outside to look at my car and explain what he was noticing. I would recommend Sullivan to others and will now be using them for any issues I have in the future (which is hopefully not much).

I arrived right before closing and asked to have four tires put on my son's car. The nice guy behind the counter told me he would be able to have the tires put on by early afternoon the next day. They called right on schedule and told me the car was done. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs tires. The front desk man was by far the nicest guy. He couldn't have been anymore helpful. Mike V

I gashed one of my tires late on a Friday. Since I was almost due for all new tires anyway, I scheduled an appointment online that night (after hours) with the Sullivan Tire in Waltham. The next morning I received a message saying the tires I was looking for weren't available for Saturday but could be ready by Monday. I then called to see what tires they did have available. Luckily they had a set that I was interested in on hand and could still get my truck in on Saturday. When I came back to pick up my truck, the gentlemen at the counter ensured that I got all promos and rebates available. They even took the time to explain to me some different aspects of tires that I only generally understood before. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had in the automotive world.

I was completely disappointed by the crew here. I made an appointment at 1:00 pm for my state inspection 4 days before, but only came to find out that they "don't take appointment for state inspections". So I had to wait there for the next available slot. I was told that I could have EVERYTHING DONE BY 2:30 pm since that's "what was said on my appointment". After almost two hours of waiting, I asked the crew how much longer will it take, the crew said they haven't started yet and claimed that they told me I needed to "wait for three hours". He knew for a fact that he told me 2:30, but he kept acting like I was the one being rude and not understanding. I was completely irritated by how unprofessional the crew was and how ignorant and condescending he acted.If you live close to Waltham, just go to the Shell gas station down Main Street for state inspections, don't waste your time here since they don't care about their customers at all and they have no respect towards their customers.

I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection sticker, while on the lift draining the oil the tech noticed a leak that turned out to be a transmission fluid leak. Upon further inspection it was found to be a pretty significant issue, but not an expensive repair. Glad I brought it in when I did and didn't put it off.Great service

I took my car in for an alignment cause shaking when doing high speed. Instead paying 126 for alignment, the technician suggest me to do a wheel balancing for lower price. After a week driving, I am very satisfied with the result and improvement in handling.
