Greg is a lifesaver, I can’t recommend him and Sprint highly enough. At my business, our previous security service provider of many years gave us only one week notice that they were terminating our service. I called Greg and he got right on it. When he and his associate Rimas came by to do the install, it was a way bigger job than any of us had expected, since our previous provider had left things a mess. It took literally about twice as long as expected, and was a very demanding job. They never complained once, and didn’t charge us extra. They got us up and running in no time, at a very fair price. Sprint is the best, we’re so happy to be working with them!

Greg and his staff installed our security system in our home back in 1987. With the exception of having to replace the battery backup perhaps five times during the past 30+ years, which is essentially maintenance, the system has been extremely reliable. No service calls have been necessary since the installation. Whenever I do have any questions about the system, Greg responds very quickly. It is nice to have this system in place particularly in this day and age. Ed L.

Slow to respond to calls, have had them at house multiple times and still getting frequent false alarms, don't follow up on incomplete work (like getting my alarm system on line as promised months ago)

Multiple false alarms, multiple times fire dept has been dispatched to house. They do not respond to MANY service calls, including to their "emergency" line and direct calls to the owner of the company. Do not follow up on promises to get our alarm system connected to internet. Workers careless of home (walk on yoga mats with boots, etc) and leave uninstalled equipment in house rather than removing it. I'm going to have to find a reliable alarm company. This is certainly not it.

I have used Greg and Sprint security for alarms in 2 commercial spaces as well as 2 residences. In addition I have recently had them install internet and audio visual gear in my house. Sprint Security is pretty much my dream contractor. Greg who runs the shop is as smart as they come, and is frankly just a joy to be around. On top of that his knowledge of the products is second to none. Lastly his workmanship is impeccable. He just does not tolerate shoddy workmanship and it really shows. Everything he works on is installed just properly, every wire in its place everything that needs a label has one. All in all, they are the prefect combination, of friendly, smart, talented and meticulous contractors. Wish others could be half as good as they are.

Sprint Security is great. Greg and his team handle alarm monitoring/maintenance/repair services for the condo association (12 units), that I live in in Waltham. They are extremely prompt (more often than not even same-day service), and do a great job keeping our alarm system in good working order, and the building occupants safe.
