I had purchased a phone ? online at a great price and brought it in to the River Street T-Mobile* location in Waltham Massachusetts. Upon arriving at the store I was kindly greeted by smiling and attentive associate (assistant manager turned out) she let me know there were a few people in front of me but it wouldn't be too long before I would be "helped"Within 5 minutes of browsing over some new technologies they were promoting I was taken care of by a Sales Tech named Speedy* ....Let me tell you she was very accommodating and generous with her time.Five ?Stars

Nolan was sooooo amazing helping me resolve my enrollment with the t mobile account. He really knows what he is doing. His service was amazing, knowledgeable and professional. Im going back to that store for anything i will need in the feature.

Nolan was friendly professional and knowledgeable, listened to my needs and provided the perfect phone and plan for me and helped me set it up including porting my number over from my previous carrier. It took three visits in all, and they were always patient, quick to help, and always provided the solutions. I love my Samsung A14 which came free with the plan, the clear reception with no dropped calls, and the comfort knowing that I can drop by anytime I have a technical problem !

We wanted to buy my mother a new phone. They had it in stock but there was a problem that a manager had to correct. James suggested that we pick up the phone at the Hudson location and he would program and install the numbers from the old phone. James went above and beyond helping us. He is definitely an asset to T-mobile. I was completely impressed and satisfied with the service he provided.

James was very helpful in upgrading my daughter’s phone. He was patient and thorough, explaining our options and the whole transfer process. I would highly recommend this location if you have T-Mobile or are looking to switch to T-Mobile. James made something that can be stressful an easy process.

Nice staff. Went in here to grab an iphone chargers. Well lit, spacious. They had an iPad deal but one had to be a t-mobile customer.

Nolan was great and was very knowledgeable. It usually takes me hours when switching carriers and getting a new phone but was out in 45 minutes with Nolan’s help.

Joseph was the best!(River St.) My phone had been glitching, and my screen was black. I'm so grateful he was able to transfer all of my data to a replacement phone. I had just about given up on T-MOBILE. The big switchover from Sprint, due to them being purchased, was a complete administrative mess. Luckily, most of your employees have been nice, and helpful. Keep up the good work Joseph! I guess I'll stick with T-mobile.

Such a wonderful team that helped us out today. James (Jimmy) was awesome with getting our new phone ordered and setting up the new watch. He is very knowledgeable about the products. Again... such great customer service today from him and Nolan.
