Excellent customer service, fast shipping, human communication and an actual phone number where you can talk to someone (rare these days). Highly recommend buying from them. Also the quality of their products is excellent. We received a product with a manufacture defect. The quality of the chair itself was excellent. The issue was resolved the same day as delivery and a new chair was sent out. TEN STARS ⭐️

The product I wanted was in stock, and the product had all qualities I was looking for in a Medi spa chair. Ordering process was streamline and simple. Shipping and delivery was smooth and quick. Customer service has been great to work with and I feel comfortable knowing if I had an issue with my products down the road they would be accessible and helpful.
The chair has been great for the few weeks I’ve owned it. I love the color and it is comfortable for clients!
