They froze my acct because I didn’t update my personal ! WTH happened to this bank ? Who made new legal regulations that they have the right to freeze my acct !

I have never a worst customer service like at this branch in waltham, I came in a day before to open up a checking account and they said they couldn't do it because I had no appointment, I set up one with one the staff for the following day at 1 o'clock, so when I arrive on the day of my appointment, I had come in like 9 minutes before the appointment time. So when I entered the bank I was rudely approached as if I am going to steal something yet I was the to get service. Secondly they said I had no appointment at 1 o'clock yet I had set up one a day before I was turned away yet I had driven over 40 miles to recieve a service, I ended up not opening one, I was told to come back at a different time.i am requesting there has to be some organization and a good approach when people come to your bank.

The worst bank I have ever experienced. Frozen/blocked my account for 8 business days with no resolution. Went into Branch, was told it would resolved in 1 hour. It was not. Called the Manager as he told me to do, was put on hold for 40 minutes, only to have my number/email taken down with a promise of a call. No call, no resolution. Will be transferring all my funds and business account to the bank 2 doors down.

My card has had two frauds on it they gave me the money for the first one which was over 3 hundred don't know about this one here I've only had the card for 5 months I don't like what's going on with the card one more time and I'm done

There was fraud on my debit card and they refused to protect me. Told me to take the seller to small claims court because they didn't want to deal with it. I asked them for the paper work to close the account and they wouldn't give it to me. Place is all kinds of screwed up.

i am so angry rightnow... went there 30minutes ago to do a check deposit.. was my 1st time there...I ve been doing this for over a year and all my deposit funds were available right way...but not at this time..call then and they can't do anything since has pass almost 1h..I did this because i need the money on my account on Same day...this is BS...
