The sales lady was better to inform me there is 4% extra charge using credit card. She could have said that before charging my card but she did not. I tried to get refund and pay by cash instead. Please be careful regarding extra 4% charge using credit card.

Royal cleaners is fabulous. They do a good job, always ready when promised, and very friendly.
In addition to dry cleaning, they also do alterations and mending, and can clean other items like rugs.

I have had consistently great and prompt service from Royal Cleaners. The owners are friendly and courteous of dates that items need to be finished by. Their work is outstanding, and I highly recommend them for any dry cleaning.

I've only had cashmere and wool sweaters cleaned here and they came back fine. However, on my last drop off... the older man, whom I've never had any prior interaction with, was very condescending towards me. Upon asking how much an item costs to be cleaned, he scoffed "I DON'T KNOW. IT WON'T COME OUT TO A MILLION DOLLARS OR ANYTHING." Followed by an eye roll... and then he set the receipt down on the counter and walked towards the back without saying anything else. I've since taken my, my family's and my friends' business to Lapels, right down the street, where they're less expensive and consistently kind. Bye DOUCHECANOE. :)
