It wasn't bad, but I really missed the work that those who worked previously did, spectacular and good price, what also happened today was that I asked for a color in the design and the girl gave me another, I didn't understand the price I asked for a certain price and in the end they charged me more and they didn't explain why, and it wasn't gel work

Love this place so much! The workers are super nice. My two friends and I all got full set and was in and out of the place within an hour or so. The prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

It doesn't matter what time it is, they will do the BEST work on your nails. Im so obsessed with my nails rn. If you’re looking for a nail salon, GO. TO. ROSE. NAILS. They are so talented, incredibly kind, and so passionate abt what they do. The pictures just speak for themselves?

Love the nails i got yesterday. Wait time was pretty long but i didn’t really mind bc they were understaffed and they always have the show Friends playing on the TV. I also like the way they upgraded their salon. Very good service and very polite nail techs 10/10

Just don't go to that store I been ripped off first they welcome you and then they robs you they don't tell you the price I pay 55 dollars for gel refill + 5 dollars tip Oh never I never step in the store

My favorite nail salon in Waltham! I’ve tried every single salon too lol. They do it the best! Definitely see the owner if you’re into designs/ length - he kills it. Everyone is great from my experience :)Services: Nail art

Hours online are not correct. It says closes at 7pm on Mondays but they were already closed today before 6:30pm. Call early in the morning

Edit: I’ve been coming here consistently and have found their customer service to be exceptional. I had a dip manicure and the top coat did not dry properly/chipped. I noticed right away and went back; they spent an additional 15+ min at no cost to make sure they were perfect! I felt so bad interrupting their lunch break but this service keeps customers coming back!
Consistent, good manicures & pedicures. My only complaint is the nail technicians always make comments to one another (and me) about my nails being short & push for me to put on tips/acrylics. I like my nails short!

Honestly I loved rose nails. They were my go 2 ALWAYS. I never had a problem up till now, I went to get my most recent acrylic set July 3rd It came out so cute an nothing was wrong with them. A couple weeks later an I realized my ring finger had a black spot underneath the acrylic I honestly didn't think anything of it until know I decided to remove them as I was planning on getting a a new set done for my trip as I removed my acrylic I realized a nasty little hole on my nail an a nasty greenish around it. It's honestly such a shame because I never had a problem with this salon until now.

Update: the owner reached out upon reading my initial review and requested to visit again to get the nails redone. Joanne did the nails this time and the nail turned out lovely. I offered to pay for the rework but Joanne insisted that the rework is complimentary. I think I have finally found a nail salon that I can always count on to get my nails done.—————————————————————-Today was the first time visiting the nail salon. I found out of this place from instagram and it looks like they specialize in nail extensions and design. I got a basic gel manicure done and it was the worst job i have ever received. The nails came out bumpy and the gel kept getting on my skin as well. Usually I get my nails done within 40-50mins but this place took over hour and fifteen minutes. i requested nail shape to be square with round end but the final nail didn’t match what i requested. I truly believe i could have done a better job of getting nail done by myself at home. I wanted to give one star rating but gave two star as Kim was very friendly and nice.

I have been coming here for years (since ~2018) and have enjoyed impeccable mani and pedis, particularly dip and acrylics, sometimes with stones, or with painted designs. My nails have always lasted for weeks. The nail techs are efficient and very careful with tools around my fingers. I've had both shorter and longer nails done, and the staff explains limitations on what designs are possible when I opt for shorter nails. The nail shaping is top notch, smooth across the whole nail and with clean, careful edging for dip, without nicks. The selection of gel and dip colors is very wide, I've had sparkles and chrome finishes, neons and smooth solids. The staff informs me when they get new sets of colors/palettes. The scheduling has always been realistic, if the shop can't accommodate me same day, they have been clear about it up front on the phone. When doing more elaborate designs, it can take a longer period of time, but that's because they refuse to rush it and I can tell they take pride in the quality of their work. In the extremely rare times (I can think of 3 times over 4-5 years) that I had an unexpected chip, they have been eager to correct the issue, always free of charge of course.
