My Bank closed and merged with Rockland recently within the year and since I've been there the employees have been nothing but kind and helpful and courteous to myself and my son there is an employee Setin that has helped me and my son as well that has been very comforting and informative and helpful I feel that all of the employees there make you feel as if there is no pressure and that you are part of their family so to speak I wouldn't go anywhere else

RIP East Boston Savings Bank where my mom was a 60+ year customer at the original Maverick Square location. Rockland Trust took over EBSB recently and Seton at the Waltham branch made the transition very smooth and helped with changing account stuff and answering questions. Happy for the community bank feel.

I recently switched my personal and business banking from DCU to Rockland Trust and could not be more pleased. We use the Moody St branch primarily and everyone working there is incredibly friendly and customer-focused. Most recently, Betty went above and beyond to help me overcome some hurdles getting an emergency wire transfer out to save a real estate transaction. This type of customer service reminds me what banking is really all about! Thanks Moody St RT Team!

Bank tellers are always super friendly and helpful and attentive at this branch. Reminds me why I am proud to be a Rockland Trust member for so long.

This branch here in Walthan, MA is sucks! A fatty old man wearing a greasy cheap tie came out to drive his junkyard suv and saw me in the parking lot and calls a Avon perfumed Old Lady to check on me in the parking lot saying that I couldn't parking my car there. If wasn't enough she started asking questions about "what's going on here?"...."what are you doing here?.." almost 2 hours later I was heading home and, by coincidence had to stop in front of that same spot that I was talking to that Old Lady and ... guess what? There She was again bothering another person in the same place! Unbelievable!! That's so annoying, unacceptable and ridiculous!

I just visited your Waltham locarion on Moody st. And your teller Netia has phenomenal guest satisfaction. I haven't been in the bank in months. The moment I walked in, Netia acknowledge me by name. I was very impressed. She is an asset to your establishment.

Theres no other bank that i will ever do business with i think for the rest of my business life, the people that work at the moody st. branch are unbelievably awesome and it really doesn't feel like a bank teller-client mood but rather a friend to friend thing, they really get to know you hy name, help you in every way possible, and they are just amazing!! âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ really a 6 out of 5 star service! love this bank!
