25yrs mobile mechanic here....Can i rate a big fat ZERO....wants money with no receipt or explanation on what was repaired plus adding on additional work that was not approved....and to charge more money to issue an invoice to us BEFORE PAYMENT.... roadside service that cant handle billing???? Do you guys really work on semi trucks....5+ hours for a turbo hose that was not fixed to begin with, if you cant handle the work do not accept it and then get pissed at us. Terrible so called roadside rescue service, communication, work ethic all the above. We have recorded phone calls to give you for training purposes, if you would like.

We stopped in with a large screw in our tire while traveling to Plum Island MA from NJ -
these guys took care of us quickly and were very fair with price. Great experience!

The man working was nice at first, then proceeded to insult me based on what I was wearing and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He should not be working a job where he interacts with people. Extremely disrespectful!

Fast, fair, friendly, and affordable.I took my car in for rear brakes, and they were much cheaper than what I’d been quoted for at 3 other shops, almost 1/2 the price. They did them right then no wait so I just hung out. Richie and his employees go above and beyond to make sure everything is in safe working order, Richie even had Carlos check the front brakes. I saw Carlos spent extra time grinding everything down and so it would brake smoothly, and they did.A few months later, I thought I had a battery problem so I brought it in, and it was fine, Richie didn’t even charge me anything because it was ok, not many mechanics would do that.Would highly recommend this auto shop! Richie was great! He replaced my alternator within one day and gave me a really good price. He can be a little abrupt at times, but he does great work, so you can't even be mad lol. I'll be back for sure and would definitely highly recommend!!

I first went to Richie's for an inspection and decided to return to them for my maintenance and finally get a divorce from Toyota. At 82,000 miles, Richie recommended a 90K tune-up. As a woman who has been taken advantage of by many a mechanic, something about this place instilled confidence that that would not happen. They did everything they needed to do but nothing more- the list checked above- including replacing my terrifyingly consumed front brakes, which I had an inkling were going. I feel like the car has a new lease on life and I will definitely continue maintaining it at this quant throwback to 1983, even though I had to leave with a paper receipt.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I would first like to say I made a previous review and was threatened to take it down or my car will not be fixed apparently. In fear I took it down . When I brought my car to richies , I had originally needed simple bosy work done on it, after weeks of back and forth my car was finally ready. When I picked it up I noticed that parts of my car weren't fixed appropriately and further damage was done , my grill had been dented and the rubber piece that goes in between the hood and grill was ripped and pulled out... I brought my car back after constant deliberation and I picked up my car today , my car was NOT fixed , I was forced to call the police because Richie would not tell me where my car was ( it was ready just not on the lot but couldn't tell me where it was for OVER an HOUR) once cops arrive he finally says where it is. When my car came back on the " richies auto lot" after being at " Lopez's lot" my grill was messed up , my hood of my car had a gap in-between it and my grill , white paint on areas it shouldn't be , my side panel of my car is grinding against my headlight causing friction to the glass, my car was returned smelling strongly of cigarettes , I was threatened many times and degraded as a person, and will NEVER recommend, WPD has been dispatched to richies so often it has become a regular occurrence. DO NOT BRING YOUR car here for NO services . Richies is unprofessional and extremely sexist. He will also over charge you and will not provide receipts of the items he purchased with the insurance money/ deductible. Just a chicken scratch paper, absolutely the worst !!!Services: Auto body & trim repair

First of all Ritchie is HONEST!! It is a rare quality these days. Ritchie inspected our cars as well as helped us when my Subaru had a dead battery. I will always go to Ritchie for all my car servicing!!
