I had my 2022 tax return filing with this office, everything is good until in Oct.2022 we received IRS tax due request and MA state tax review request. Rebecca promised she will get this incorrect IRS tax due abated, but this never happened, and she ignore my email for more than 5 times not replied and I still do not hear from her today (Jan.10.2024). I ended up paying this incorrect Federal tax due myself. Also, I have to my MA state tax amount due to her wrong calculation. I am very disappointed with her service. Folks, please consider elsewhere. Also, her original address is in Waltham around city hall. What is RBS currently address like a ghost in the google map?

I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of service I’ve received here. Rebecca often ignored my multiple questions, to then find out months later she was ignoring them because she didn’t complete the work. More recently, I’ve been trying to get a pre-approval, and in the process some discrepancies were identified in my tax documents. I’ve reached out to her by phone and email multiple times (including the loan officer!) for the past month and a half for an explanation or correction and we’ve received 0 responses. Folks, consider taking your business elsewhere. I’m very concerned about the integrity of this practice.

Rebecca was a joy to deal with -- especially considering my distaste for the whole deal-- ugh.. taxes!!But her expertise made it painless -- as she is on top of every aspect of the process and takes on the whole burden -- all I had to do was get the materials and submit them. She is entirely organized and asks only the basics from you. (I do confess I really enjoyed working with her,,,,,she's great ..... and most highly 100% recommended !

I had a really bad experience working with Rebecca. This past tax filling I received a letter from the IRS and needed assistance. I reached out to the office multiple times. Rebecca ignored all my calls and emails. I spoke to the secretary several times and even mentioned their lack of response and still nothing. Its been a full month and still no response from Rebecca. Very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend.
