I have been using this car wash for more years than I can recall, almost always with successful results . The do it yourself bays have usually been clean enough and have worked well. Today (7/21/24) I brought my truck in ; I had washed / detailed my wife's toyota earlier today without any problems.
I showed up a little after 4 pm and had to get dollar coins out of their change machine. The bay I was in ( third from the left?) would not take the coins. I went to get assistance and that person got a second person to assist him. Eventually they moved me to the first bay, electronically put $5 on the timer to which I added two coins. About half way through the wash the brush head ran out of soap. I hustled to the office ( located in the drive through entry) and finally got the attention of the first assistant who walked to my bay and told me there was no soap because the time was up. I tried to tell him that the machine ran out of soap well before the time had expired and he said there was nothing he could do about the soap or the timer. He also mistakenly told me I had only been trying to speak with him for
a few seconds ( wrong) and my time was out ( so tough luck). I put another $5 in the machine ,bit my tongue, and reminded myself that it was a beautiful Summer day .
I have enjoyed using this car wash for years .There is an international camaraderie amongst those of us who take pleasure in the gleaming finished vehicle that has been well detailed with our own sweat and the music that plays from the vehicles is much enjoyed . I will miss this experience . Bad customer service is so unacceptable.

Never never bring your car here. I had brought my car in the other day and when I was backing out the self service touchless car wash to dry my car the whole bottom peice of my car came out and when I tired to Address it to the worker he laughed in my face and told me it wouldn’t be possible that happened there.also got told I was going to receive a call and never got one it’s been 4 days. This situation needs to be fixed before I get my lawyer involved and sue, also Workers that work there are very unprofessional!!!!

Self service bays are nice but no soap to wash, just water from foam brush, so a waste of money.

Paid for the $16 touchless service. Left with spots and skid marks all over the vehicle. It honestly looked better before the wash. I will go back to Scrubadub or Belmont even though this one is closest to me.

Pricey, but it works, they have vacuums (not free) and a vending machine for microfiber towels and wipes.

Never again will I bring one of our trucks here. Has to be the worst self service bay I have ever been too. Their pre soak is miserable, their spot free is not even close to spot free…. The list goes on and on. I’ should have just stuck with going to Lexington instead, but wanted a quick clean. Now I’ll just end up going there to correct the terrible job the products do at this location. 0 stars if I could.

The paid towel dry left streaks and spots on my car as if the wash did not happen. Other than this the car got pretty clean and the line was very long but was moving. The price for everything has gone up in the past few years and car washes, including here, are no exception.

EXCELLENT! We needed to give our car a thorough cleaning and Quick and Clean was perfect. We chose to Self Serve. We spent $8 in a washing bay. There.was a power washer with multiple settings for Rinse, Wash, Wax etc. A foaming soap brush was also available and both were used. Water pressure and soap output were very good. Removing mud and grime was done easily.
Also used the self serve vacuums for about $5 worth of time to give the vehicle a thorough vacuuming.
We used our own rags and detailing supplies and left with our car absolutely spotless inside and out.
Excellent value.
A paid detailing service is available.
Highly Recommended ???????
