They claimed they didn't get the fax. (Why they are even still using faxes is a head-scratcher.) Then I got my doc's practice and they said they were sending it right that second.The Quest people then said it would take 20 minutes. I pointed out that wasn't the way faxes worked, but they weren't impressed.I then waited 40 minutes to be called, at which point I asked them to check their fax machine, and there it was.It then took a whole bunch more time to enter and re-enter all sorts of data that was already in my medical file.All told, an hour for a one-minute blood draw.

The blonde old lady with an accent was extremely rude and disrespectful I will never come back to this location as I’ve never had a worse experience.

Not authorized to think! The lady at the desk had 2 sets of order from 2 of my docs, with some overlap. She said she couldn't just draw the common labs once! I was afraid I'd get charged for the duplicate labs. I had to call the doctors offices, have the orders fixed, and come back. Now I am a walk-in and have been waiting for an hour and a quarter, they refuse to cut me any slack for having had to come back a second time! This is ridiculous

My worst experience for a blood test. The woman is super rude and unfriendly. She ask which arm I’d like to take blood from. I said the left one and get prepared. Then she said I will use the right one because it’s close to her. She is super unprofessional after punctured the right arm, she didn’t get enough blood. Then she said I need one more tube of blood and will puncture the left one. On my god, get two arms punctured for a simple blood test!!! After this she said you are all set for three time to push me out of the room, did not give a minute to take my coat on. Never again go to this place again! Don’t go there!!!

Definitely should have heeded the reviews. Such an unhelpful and unfriendly team. Three clients were having issues while I waited. I ended up leaving without bothering with what I went there for. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

The worst place ever. They can’t even have people walking in after 3 pm for no reason. Also young Indian lady at the reception can’t even say hello. Always unhappy and making angry face. Absolutely useless and rude place

Arrogant, RUDE staff! Uninterested in helping/serving patients. I stopped by to pick up a container (needed for a future test). I wasn't there for any procedure on that particular day. Two women sitting behind a computer ignored my presence/refused to hear why I am there. I waited half an hour.... and left without a container. I will not use QD for any service.

If you want my advice, do yourself a favor and do not go here if you can help it. AWFUL experience here. Wish I had read the reviews before I went. The first rule of medicine is "First do no harm" and they definitely did not honor this oath. I was early and checked in immediately through their kiosk system in the waiting room. I had all my info and did everything properly. I was there for about 25 minutes and my name was never called. I waited patiently. Then the woman who took my scolded me and treated me rudely and roughly when she took my blood. Their appt system was not working and she took it out on me, her awful mood made me more nervous. She was rough in the physical process as well. She was in a bad mood and took it out on the patients. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had getting my blood drawn. I know offices are short staffed but that is not a reason to be utterly MEAN and rude to patients. How do people sleep at night being that unkind? I spoke to someone else there who had had bad experiences with that tech in the past. Quest, please read your reviews more and try to care. I hope there are some kind competent people who might like to work there and not people that violate the Hippocratic oath of First do no harm! Doesn't seem like the other locations are much better according to the reviews. I've been to another Quest in the past and it was fine. Do better!

I’m not going to lie, I hate leaving bad reviews because I try to be empathetic being that I’m also in healthcare but altogether so disappointed.. I’m not a fan of quest diagnostics to begin with after my previous experience their system being down and I had to run to 3 different places, told different things, drove into Boston, Brighton, etc back a couple years ago. I’m sent here to get lab work for my functional doctor and again.. their system is down.. yet again, even though we have an appt we pretty much got turned away despite having the bar code to check in. We were told they couldn’t check us in.. so much for fasting and having an appt.. very disappointing. I asked when the system will be back up and the lady just said she’s not sure, obviously it’s not her fault, it’s an IT thing but yet again..

Extremely rude staff. People have appointments scheduled yet they will turn you away and lock the door before they are closed. Really immature employees running the blood testing and not making people feel welcome.

My 86 Yr old mother and I had appointments for a blood draw. Sign in was easy. We were taken on time and our blood was drawn by a skilled phlebotomist, Glory. Fast, easy and painless. Excellent experience.

I was nervous coming here after reading the reviews. I have to say, this was the best experience I have ever had getting blood taken. Glory was AMAZING!! Her energy and bedside manner was phenomenal! Thank you!!

Disgusting place.If you want to be treated like trash, you go there.Natalia is the worst professional I ever met in my life, she is super rude and disrespectful… I said she should people treat better and she answered “I am not here to pet people” believe or not.this “professional” shouldn’t work with people.
