Great employees, manager is a jerk. Would not take my elderly mother's check even though l've been buying supplies there for her home that way for years as her legal representative.

The PEOPLE at the Waltham store are great. They are helpful and informative. The guy I asked for help took me to what I was looking for. Their system said that they had over 100 of the tubing that I wanted, we could not find any. Tried to buy a refrigerator there . The delivery service spirit twice screwed up the delivery. They ended up refunding my money after a month . I personally would not recommend buying an appliances at home depot . Terrible customer experience.
