This company is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. We needed a sprinkler installed in a business we own- from the moment we called to set up the appointment to even after it was installed it has been nothing but headache and terrible poor customer service. #1- They are rude #2- They completely overcharged us- charged us for 8 hours of work and for equipment they didn't use. They only worked for 3-4 hours. #3- The sprinkler system started leaking a few days after installation at a joint due to improper set up. When we called to ask them to come fix it since it was their fault we have been hung up on, sent to voicemails with no return call and told there was nothing they could do about it. . We are still waiting while everything in our closets and wall get ruined. Please save yourself time, money and a headache and find ANYBODY else.

8/8/2018 - Yet again one giant let down from this company as the fire alarm system in our specific apartment is defective no matter how many times they send technicians over, the owner of the company was actually in my apartment trying to figure out why our unit wasn't working correctly, this issue has been going on for two years. fast forward to yesterday, it was raining and thunder and lightning and something happened that triggered our fire alarm system in our unit, and I will specify our unit only out of 100 units in that building, our fire alarm system was blaring for over four hours. We live in a handicapped accessible apartment because it just happened to be available to rent and we have a fire alarm and a strobe light and every single room of our apartment so you can imagine the noise level times 10 at its loudest and that's what we had to listen to for four hours yesterday until they could get a technician to come out and try to figure out what the problem was. When the company was notified and they did not consider it an emergency so nobody with dispatched right away. Finally close to 7 PM someone showed up and they couldn't figure out how to turn the fire alarm horn's or the strobe lights off so they went to this Redbox within our closet and just unplugged all of the wires and left us without a working fire alarm for the evening. If by chance there was a fire, the only way we would know is that our sprinkler system would work and we would have to hear fire alarms in the hallways, how safe does that make you feel? My dog died as a result of these defective fire alarms as he had permanent hearing loss caused by a stroke that he suffered because of the anxiety and the loudness of the alarms and the frequency of the times that they went off, again only in our apartment. It's not a simple situation for us to just up and move. But I would love for the owner and president of this company to reach out to me directly, he knows exactly who I am and what apartment we live in and he knows how many times his company has been dispatched out to my apartment to try to resolve an issue. I'm attaching a picture of what they did last night to get the alarms to start blaring in our apartment after four hours. I don't need some sorry response from your customer service department. I want the owner of this company to do the right thing and pay money for this to be fixed. Not just ordering apart from Japan that takes three months to come in and then tell me my apartment is working when clearly it isn't because no other apartments were going off last night just ours. I want something in writing from this company telling me what they've done in our apartment over the last two years and I want an apology from the company, I want answers because I'm tired of being brushed off. **** and I will also add that I posted a review of this company back in November 2016 when the fire alarms and our unit had been going off excessively causing my dog to suffer a stroke in his brain and he had permanent hearing loss because the alarms were going on for so long because of the incompetence of people working in that building, and the length of time it actually takes someone from Norel to show up and shut the alarms off. My dog passed away November 19, 2017 when our building had a power loss due to a storm and the fire alarms in our apartment we're going off for at least 20 minutes, the fire department came and they couldn't shut down our unit so we had to wait for somebody from Norel to show up. My dog was admitted to the hospital the very next morning because his breathing was not OK and he ended up passing away five days later. Norel won't even address that part of it. And now my dog is gone, do you think one person from that company contacted me to apologize for my loss or offered to cover any of the medical expenses I had to pay for all of the specialists he had to see, or his end-of-life expenses that week he was in the hospital because of the stupid alarm system is going off causin

I hired Norel to instal home security systems at both my residence and my rental property. They have been wonderful! On both instances they were able to schedule installation very quickly. The technicians who came out were professional, licensed, and had years of experience. My tenants were able to easily operate the alarm system and I am happy knowing that my properties are secure.

I have dealt with Norel Service for a number of years and find the company to be superior to others in their level of competency, service, and professionalism. Their technicians are both highly capable and knowledgeable. The professionalism they evince is highly commendable. I whole-heartedly recommend this company

Today one of their employees driving a Ford Escape had complete road rage. Shooting forward, slamming on breaks, riding up the car in front of it. Not sure what this company does but will never work with them, that is for sure.
